  • In today’s video I share with you a critical part of my personal story.
Before I got to where I am now, I suffered the debilitating effects of PTSD, anxiety and depression and was hopelessly attached to my abuser.
So, I can deeply relate to the uncontrollable triggering and flashbacks that dominate your life when you have been abused by a narcissist.
These debilitating symptoms can strike unexpectedly and hard. They stopped me from truly living life for a very long time because I felt unsafe in my own body and I was unable to manage the overpowering emotions that came from the abuse.
Today, I no longer suffer from any symptoms of PTSD - the agoraphobia, fibromyalgia and adrenal malfunction have all been resolved.
If you want to release these nervous system disorders forever, please join me in this video so I can show you how I solved this for myself and for countless members of this community. Before you know it, you too can start to feel what your True Life is really about.

When a narc drops a narc bomb on you, it's like receiving a shell shock in a war. It's one of the main causes of PTSD for me. 😂

I had a similar experience 1.5 years ago and it was the most satisfying experience of my life , You have to be a mother or father, friend and companion with your inner child! Love acknowledge and accept and Validate internally so you don't have to seek co dependent validation externally.

It is such an honor to have QFH as a tool, i deal with self sabatoge still yet i know it is only a matter of time when i overcome this restlessness to push through. I see more of myself with every healing session. I am going slow with the self empowerd course becuz i just need to be more honest with myself why i am not actualizing, manifesting my best self.
The testimony you share does help. Thank you

20 years with narc and a special needs kiddo, separated 7 years ago and then I had a NDE in a side by side rollover in a river Sep22. The trauma hit me like a wrecking ball months after this Exactly the same, I was at the gym shortly after my breakdown and all of a sudden the walls started shaking, or so I thought and I had to sit down and I looked around and no one else was bothered so I knew it was me. I also thought my brain had snapped because I heard a noise in my head too. I also had horrible visions too - triggering. Really frightening and I thought I was losing my grip on reality. It’s like going to the edge of the deep black abyss and it’s terrifying. I sooooo feel this.

I have been emotionally abused by numerous people. I now have high barriers and 'no contact' with even 'relatives' who just act as 'flying monkeys'. I have made new friends and joined a 'new' church and am slowly 'starting all over again'. Yes it's very very hard to get back on your feet but once you reach 'rock bottom', the only way is 'up'. Yes we are all in this together. We need to surround ourselves with kind friends and take one step at a time and one day by day. Yes naracists are totally dishonest and liars and are surrounded by a 'fan club' of 'yes men'. We now know who are 'dangerous' but there are kind individuals out there. They may not 'understand' naracistic abuse but you find a 'safe space' and keep 'moving forward' one day at a time. Thank you for this video.

I never been over my body but spent half my life "behind" my body to the point I learned to use it as a performance enhancement. I thought it was from training and meditation but this makes more sense. It was just coincidence I was lucky enough to get adopted by my karate teacher and started zen training at 14. I thought this was just "the zone/flow state." Looking at it now dealing with ridiculous ritual abuse caused some break that I learned to use. Ppl gravitated to me for help and counseling and I never understood why since on the inside I was completely destroyed but somehow outside I looked completely composed and the go to guy for support. Yet zero ppl helped me and usually they dismissed anything. My only issue with what you are saying is the wording regarding others. I know what you mean but it borders on not pushing accountability on others. I really wish you would do more for men specifically dealing with narc women. I don't know any other men that were trained by special forces and monks as a kid and I know I barely survived and there are guys in my position killing themselves daily because no one will listen, they don't have a resource they can relate to and worse have "indomitable spirit" literally beaten into them with sticks. Men need alot of help right now that is specific to them. It's nice to say self partner but it's not easy when you have literally no one left and the few that you may have just expect you to shut up and keep moving. I was trained to survive almost anything and I almost didn't. I know it's hard to express ideas in text but I really hope you consider the specific issues a man deals with and help them out. Men and women live in different universes!

I had an out of body experience after I ate a tiny piece of "magic" mushroom cake in Bali. I was looking down at my body from above. Anyways I have CPTSD, nightmares, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, things I don't usually admit. I try learning/thinking my way out of it. I had narc. parents/childhood trauma, and am married to a covert narcissist, we have 2 autistic children together. I have seen improvement with my husband, but still not sure I can trust him (anyone). I have tried counseling and been misunderstood/"victim blamed". I feel trapped like no matter how much I learn about NPD, Psychopathy, body lang., lie detection I am stuck. I have felt like my life isn't worth living on my hardest days. Thank you for being so brave to share your story of cptsd& healing, it was helpful. I have read many books including "homecming", but have a very hard time visualizing my inner child. I am going to try your quantum healing course because nobody else knows what I have gone through & how I feel except my self. It's causes more pain being misunderstood by a counselor, esp. one who specializes in NPD abuse. I was labeled as codependent after just 45 minutes when I know there's a difference between that and being manipulated & abused. Thank you!!!♡

Treat your agoraphobia as you do your wounded inner child , don't try to heal it.just acknowledge and accept your wounded inner child (agoraphobia) let her surface let her be and let her finish her course through you.
Don't resist or grasp onto it by identifying with it, for you are the mother of your fears and of your feelings wounded and healed you are not your fears and feelings!
