He would no longer miss, have nostalgia, or long for anything anymore and Skye knew that. I’m pretty sure she and Jayce (but especially her) was the representation of his humanity. Once he transformed she went away but there was still Jayce.
I think is kinda obvious that Jinx’s is still alive, in the moment of the explosion you can see a line of shimmer, also Cait smiling when seeing the vents knowing she escaped. And in the ending scene you can see the “flying boat” thing which powder said she was gonna ride one time. This are definitely not mistakes and show that Jinx leaving Piltover was a way of her breaking the cycle of her terrible life. I loved the show and I’m so exited for more Arcane related projects in the future.

But, as you can see, Cait was holding on the only thing found down there; a piece of Jinx's grenade, while looking at the ventilation system of the tower, which is where the grenade was detonated. And that final shot of the airship flying into the horizon until it closes to the Jinx-glitching is a reference to Powder in season 1 when she said "One day, I'm gonna ride in one of those things". If you rewatch the explosion slowed down, you'll notice a purple streak flying into the vents as the grenade goes off, that signature purple streak visual from when Jinx uses her shimmer-speed. Powder simply wishes to walk away from everything and let Vi live happily with Caitlyn.

Why some people can't understand that love is not only that romantic type of love. The most pure form of love have nothing to do with romance or an affair. People trying to make Jayce and Viktor, who are clearly best friends/brothers and partners who shared the same passion for science and change people's lifes into some type of couple, twisting their relationship to look like something else, are just actually reducing their love and relationship to something smaller and generic, a lot less deep and pure than what actually is. This show gave us many different forms of love and relationship, love and relationship of lovers/couple between Vi and Caitlyn, Ekko and Jinx from other universe, between sisters with Vi and Jinx, Mother/Father and Daughter between Ambessa and Mel, Vander/Vi/Jinx, Singed and Orianna, Cait and her Parentes, love and relationship for your people Zaum/Piltover and the love between best friends/real partners between Jayce and Viktor, who are not brothers who share tha same blood, but still love eachother very much, they both had such an impact in eachothers lifes and were connected for life, see people trying to take the beauty of it, that just add so much to the pluraty of forms of love in this show, to make it just another type of romance love story is so disappoiting. They do love eachother, its also a love story, just not that type of love/love story some peopple are trying to make it look like, its not romance.

I don't think that Jayce and Viktor are dead, they are alive, just trapped in the gemstone. As for Heimer, his race is immortal according to the lore of LoL. When a member of his race dies, they respawn to their home city, a place called Bandle City
For all of Sky's devotion to Viktor, Viktor was always dedicated to his work. Even in her death, after his merging with the hexcore, she was just another voice in his ear, but never his equal.

I find it so weird tbh my mind was constantly changing as the characters changed, one episode you root for one, and then they do something you disagree with so you root for someone else to make it right. idk why people have this stan-ish mentality with everything these days. it's like when I sought out discussion about the last episode and people were like "ugh, they wasted time on [character/ship] instead of [other character/ship]" and like... I ALSO wanted to see certain things that were missing, but what does that have to do with any of the other characters? why is there some weird push to blame lack of screentime on a different character who was having their own arc as if they're "faves" battling it out on the charts? so bizarre to me.
Fun Fact: Yordles (like Heimerdinger) are connected to/are from the spirit world callded Bandle city. When they die they go to the spirit world/Bandle city, basically they are basically immortal.

Watching all the non-league players react to Viktor throughout this show, knowing where he ends up, has been one of the best parts of watching it. The reactions are always so great.
theres a few bits of evidence that jinx survived; 1. right before the explosion, you can see a pink streak (jinxes shimmer ability) going away from the blast. if it was jinx she wouldve been far enough to survive. 2. Vi didnt watch her die, she turned away and started grieving before she set off the bomb. The writers mightve done this so that even if jinx survived or died, vi wouldnt know that, so her arc will still come full circle and she would have to let go of powder (and now jinx). 3. Near the end caitlyn was looking at the hexgate blueprint/layout while holding one of jinxes bomb trap parts, and then she smiled when she noticed there were tunnels built right where she "died" so she thought there was a chance that she survived. 4. Powder said that she would ride a blymp one day, and the last scene was a blymp flying away. Could be that jinx took that blymp out of piltover and she left everything behind Just a note that these are little breadcrumbs that the writers purposely added to let people interperate the ending, theres no confirmed end to jinxes story on purpose, to leave some ambiguity. I heard some people say arcane wouldnt make sense if jinx didnt die, but thats not really true, because if jinx left everything behind to start over and everyone thought she was dead then its basically just the same as her dying.

Heimerdinger will essentially respawn in some form in Bandle City, what that means as a Yordle is kinda getting into the weeds of LoL lore, which Arcane has threatened the pillars of by doing far too much of it's own thing and then being called "canon" even though it clearly can't be, because Riot likes money.

I love how many people are surprised by Ekko and Powder in this episode lol The music video for "Enemy" shows that they were super close growing up and, to me at least, did a good job of showing that Ekko had a crush on Powder. There is also a voice line from Ekko in the League of Legends video game when he sees Jinx where he says "I had a crush... Until you started talking to the gun."
Ekko always had a thing for jinx, in LoL he has a voice line on the lines of ' I used to have a crush on you jinx. until you started talking to your gun' so happy somewhere we know one jinx has some sort of happiness.

As a League player/fan for 9 years. I'm not being biased but arcane is really one of the most beautiful animated tv series ever. This show is a masterpiece, a beautiful but really heartbreaking story
When you see the explosion, just pause in the first frame of the explosion, is a hit and miss moment, but you can see a pink, purple lighting escaping the explosion just before completely explode, that is later confirmed by Caitlyn when she saw the schematics of the Hex Gates and the Grenade, and of course, the Zeppelin flying away, Jinx is not dead.
Jinx escaped the fall, you can see her shimmershift into the ventilationduct if you pay close attention during the blue/pink explosion. That's what Caitlyn is looking at the end of the episode
It's heartbreaking that while WarWick was attacking Vi after she cried over him she muttered his name "Vander", which really shows she's not really to except he's not her father abymore😢
Jinx is alive in the end... 1) 1 second before the explosion you see a pink light escaping through a tunnel (it is very subtle) 2) Cait looks at the tunnel maps and notices an anomaly, then she smiles 3) The zeppelin scene at the end is the same as a scene from the first episode of the first season, where Powder, seeing him passing by, says: "someday I will travel in one of those things" 4) The song that VI sings at the end is the same one that Powder sang in chapter 1 when Arcane begins. 5) Jynx speaking with the ghost of Silco, understood that to end the cycle of misfortunes she had to get away from everyone. -In conclusion, Jynx is alive, it's just that the series wanted to show it in a subtle and not too obvious way.
If it makes you feel any better, looking closely at the explosion where jinx falls, you briefly see pink lightning zig away from the explosion. Its a theory she survived and was on that floating ship at the end.
For league lore its always been a thing that Jinx and Ekko liked each other, Season 1 leaves a couple hints towards that and I was so incredibly happy with episode 7. It was all so cute, and that Powder didn't lose her Ekko, she lost our Ekko and put the pendant he gave her in the same drawer as the hexcrystals from Vi because they are both gone.
They laid hints at the end the Jinx might be alive firstly when the explosion goes off you can see a purple trail that kinda looks like shimmer. Plus Caitlyn thinks she alive because of the vents that why she was holding a part of her monkey grenade. Also Silco took her that to break the cycle she would have to leave it likely that she escape through the vents than left on a ship which would be a parallel to the first episode of season 1 where she said sometimes i will ride on those
There's just too many hints indicating she very probably survived. The flash of purple light when the blast happened. Cait looking at the scematics where you can see there's air ducts connecting the chamber. Having a part of her monkey bomb, which clearly indicates they went there to search for her, but found no body, and the air ship flying away at the end, which is in line with her dream from S1 that she always wanted to fly one of those and also in line with what Silco said to her in her cell: Only way to end the cycle of death is, walk away.
Maaan jayce had me love and hate and love him again throughout this entire season 😂 Also, knowing his lore already, now it makes more sense what's Ekko about. His in-game interactions with Jinx when he says "it's always a dance with you, isn't it?" Damn...
Someone else has probably commented this, but you can find comfort in knowing Yordles are immortal. They can't die. They are magic itself. If they "die" they respawn in Bandle City their home world. So Heimerdinger, while gone from the story is perfectly fine.

Jinx is alive dont worry, you can see the trail of her shimmer teleportation going in through the ducts before she can get hit by the grenade explosion. Thats why Cait is investigating the ducts of that building in her Kiramman computer. Jinx escapes in the Zeppelin airship in the last scene, to do what Silco told her, start fresh on a new adventure.
I must say that my favorite episode of the season was episode 7, its so beautiful 😍🥺😭 I'm so happy to know that at least in one universe Ekko and Powder (Jinx) are happy together 😍⏳💣💚💙

Episode 7. People makes fun of Jayce for being put in the worst timeline while Ekko and Heim got put into a better timeline. But I read someone said its a good parallel for Jayce and Ekko. Jayce live the good life in their timeline, so its a good parallel for him to be put on the opposite of that. Same with Ekko, he lived to survive and he even stated in this episode that he only dreamt for Zaun to have it good but he gave up on it, so he got put in a timeline where he lives the good life. Basically Jayce got the good life so got teleported to the worst timeline and forced to survive. Ekko forced to survive so got teleported to the timeline where he got the good life. As for Heim, idk lol maybe because he's a yordle ez.

Sadly Vi's death is the catalyst for Piltover and the undercity coming together in the alternate universe. Her death forced the topsiders to realize how poorly they lived, and the lengths they were forced to go to to make ends meet. It's sad that the only times the two cities can work together is when a great tragedy happens.
Btw Heimer is not dead... All Yordles transffered or teleported to their City called Bandle City whenever they "Died".. basically all yordle are kinda immortal

So the question is, if they could find part of the actual grenade (i.e. the centre of the explosion), why on earth would the primary detective in the series be looking at potential escape routes from the area? Also the airship at the end is the same model as the one Powder said she was going to fly in one day. Put it together.

This show gave us many different forms of love and relationship, love and relationship of lovers/couple between Vi and Caitlyn, Ekko and Jinx from other universe, between sisters with Vi and Jinx, Mother/Father and Daughter between Ambessa and Mel, Vander/Vi/Jinx, Singed and Orianna, Cait and her Parentes, love and relationship for your people Zaum/Piltover and the love between best friends/real partners between Jayce and Viktor, who are not brothers who share tha same blood, but still love eachother very much, they both had such an impact in eachothers lifes and were connected for life, see people trying to take the beauty of it, that just add so much to the pluraty of forms of love in this show, to make it just another type of romance love story is so disappoiting. They do love eachother, its also a love story, just not that type of love/love story some peopple are trying to make it look like, its not romance.
The way jayce and viktor died together was perfect. It was sad that heimerdinger had to die for ekko, but at the end ekko saved everything. MAYBE IN ANOTHER LIFE EKKO AND JINX
I don't think that Jayce and Viktor are dead, they are alive, just trapped in the gemstone. As for Heimer, his race is immortal according to the lore of LoL. When a member of his race dies, they respawn to their home city, a place called Bandle City

Yep, even when she was dead we didn't get a single scene of them actually talking together. He definitely felt bad for getting her killed, but even in their last interaction he didn't even call he by her first name....
She could also see how he was changing, and how much further it would go - what little humanity he had left would be gone and so he wouldn't miss her.

I don't get people who are so intent on hating a character just because they stan another. Viktor clearly hasn't been in his right mind since he was fused with the hexcore. He distributed hive mind syndrome with the best of intentions, and somehow people are still surprised that he went down the god complex route in the end? All the while hating on Jayce out of principle?

I find it so weird tbh my mind was constantly changing as the characters changed, one episode you root for one, and then they do something you disagree with so you root for someone else to make it right. idk why people have this stan-ish mentality with everything these days. it's like when I sought out discussion about the last episode and people were like "ugh, they wasted time on [character/ship] instead of [other character/ship]" and like... I ALSO wanted to see certain things that were missing, but what does that have to do with any of the other characters? why is there some weird push to blame lack of screentime on a different character who was having their own arc as if they're "faves" battling it out on the charts? so bizarre to me.
Fun Fact: Yordles (like Heimerdinger) are connected to/are from the spirit world callded Bandle city. When they die they go to the spirit world/Bandle city, basically they are basically immortal.

Watching all the non-league players react to Viktor throughout this show, knowing where he ends up, has been one of the best parts of watching it. The reactions are always so great.
In season 1and early season 2 it felt like being in on a secret lol, it's fun
theres a few bits of evidence that jinx survived;
1. right before the explosion, you can see a pink streak (jinxes shimmer ability) going away from the blast. if it was jinx she wouldve been far enough to survive.
2. Vi didnt watch her die, she turned away and started grieving before she set off the bomb. The writers mightve done this so that even if jinx survived or died, vi wouldnt know that, so her arc will still come full circle and she would have to let go of powder (and now jinx).
3. Near the end caitlyn was looking at the hexgate blueprint/layout while holding one of jinxes bomb trap parts, and then she smiled when she noticed there were tunnels built right where she "died" so she thought there was a chance that she survived.
4. Powder said that she would ride a blymp one day, and the last scene was a blymp flying away. Could be that jinx took that blymp out of piltover and she left everything behind
Just a note that these are little breadcrumbs that the writers purposely added to let people interperate the ending, theres no confirmed end to jinxes story on purpose, to leave some ambiguity.
I heard some people say arcane wouldnt make sense if jinx didnt die, but thats not really true, because if jinx left everything behind to start over and everyone thought she was dead then its basically just the same as her dying.

Im just saying the writers left these breadcrumbs so people can interperate the ending differently. The scene where Caitlyn holds one of jinxes monkey bomb parts while looking at the hexgates blueprints and then smiled is there for a reason. And the last scene of the blymp flying away and then we see "the end" in jinxes hallucinations/scribble, im just saying it could go both ways.
At this point it's just up to the viewer's imagination

This is what I think too. Or at least he probably got sent somewhere else in general considering he wasn't torn to absolute bits like how they were doing the timeloop initially. Probably gotta wait 10 years to confirm if he ever returns or not to see it again though.
@@CimmerianAssassin Yordles can't die by any means if Vex is to be believed, the reason why she is so depressed is she believes that life as a Yordle is meaningless as a result. Heimerdinger will essentially respawn in some form in Bandle City, what that means as a Yordle is kinda getting into the weeds of LoL lore, which Arcane has threatened the pillars of by doing far too much of it's own thing and then being called "canon" even though it clearly can't be, because Riot likes money.

I love how many people are surprised by Ekko and Powder in this episode lol The music video for "Enemy" shows that they were super close growing up and, to me at least, did a good job of showing that Ekko had a crush on Powder. There is also a voice line from Ekko in the League of Legends video game when he sees Jinx where he says "I had a crush... Until you started talking to the gun."

As a League player/fan for 9 years. I'm not being biased but arcane is really one of the most beautiful animated tv series ever. This show is a masterpiece, a beautiful but really heartbreaking story
When you see the explosion, just pause in the first frame of the explosion, is a hit and miss moment, but you can see a pink, purple lighting escaping the explosion just before completely explode, that is later confirmed by Caitlyn when she saw the schematics of the Hex Gates and the Grenade, and of course, the Zeppelin flying away, Jinx is not dead.
“Why is she in this” when referring to sky is because she got sucked into the hexcore in season 1 if you can remember
Jinx escaped the fall, you can see her shimmershift into the ventilationduct if you pay close attention during the blue/pink explosion. That's what Caitlyn is looking at the end of the episode

It's heartbreaking that while WarWick was attacking Vi after she cried over him she muttered his name "Vander", which really shows she's not really to except he's not her father abymore😢
Jinx is alive in the end...
1) 1 second before the explosion you see a pink light escaping through a tunnel (it is very subtle)
2) Cait looks at the tunnel maps and notices an anomaly, then she smiles
3) The zeppelin scene at the end is the same as a scene from the first episode of the first season, where Powder, seeing him passing by, says: "someday I will travel in one of those things"
4) The song that VI sings at the end is the same one that Powder sang in chapter 1 when Arcane begins.
5) Jynx speaking with the ghost of Silco, understood that to end the cycle of misfortunes she had to get away from everyone.
-In conclusion, Jynx is alive, it's just that the series wanted to show it in a subtle and not too obvious way.
If it makes you feel any better, looking closely at the explosion where jinx falls, you briefly see pink lightning zig away from the explosion. Its a theory she survived and was on that floating ship at the end.
For league lore its always been a thing that Jinx and Ekko liked each other, Season 1 leaves a couple hints towards that and I was so incredibly happy with episode 7. It was all so cute, and that Powder didn't lose her Ekko, she lost our Ekko and put the pendant he gave her in the same drawer as the hexcrystals from Vi because they are both gone.

They laid hints at the end the Jinx might be alive firstly when the explosion goes off you can see a purple trail that kinda looks like shimmer. Plus Caitlyn thinks she alive because of the vents that why she was holding a part of her monkey grenade. Also Silco took her that to break the cycle she would have to leave it likely that she escape through the vents than left on a ship which would be a parallel to the first episode of season 1 where she said sometimes i will ride on those

There's just too many hints indicating she very probably survived. The flash of purple light when the blast happened. Cait looking at the scematics where you can see there's air ducts connecting the chamber. Having a part of her monkey bomb, which clearly indicates they went there to search for her, but found no body, and the air ship flying away at the end, which is in line with her dream from S1 that she always wanted to fly one of those and also in line with what Silco said to her in her cell: Only way to end the cycle of death is, walk away.
Maaan jayce had me love and hate and love him again throughout this entire season 😂 Also, knowing his lore already, now it makes more sense what's Ekko about. His in-game interactions with Jinx when he says "it's always a dance with you, isn't it?"

Someone else has probably commented this, but you can find comfort in knowing Yordles are immortal. They can't die. They are magic itself. If they "die" they respawn in Bandle City their home world. So Heimerdinger, while gone from the story is perfectly fine.
About Viktor "how the fuck it that" its Viktors finaly form. Its taken 100% from lol the game. Check out how Viktor looks like in the game. And u will clearly understand! Jinx is alive dont worry, you can see the trail of her shimmer teleportation going in through the ducts before she can get hit by the grenade explosion. Thats why Cait is investigating the ducts of that building in her Kiramman computer. Jinx escapes in the Zeppelin airship in the last scene, to do what Silco told her, start fresh on a new adventure.

Episode 7. People makes fun of Jayce for being put in the worst timeline while Ekko and Heim got put into a better timeline. But I read someone said its a good parallel for Jayce and Ekko. Jayce live the good life in their timeline, so its a good parallel for him to be put on the opposite of that. Same with Ekko, he lived to survive and he even stated in this episode that he only dreamt for Zaun to have it good but he gave up on it, so he got put in a timeline where he lives the good life.
Basically Jayce got the good life so got teleported to the worst timeline and forced to survive. Ekko forced to survive so got teleported to the timeline where he got the good life. As for Heim, idk lol maybe because he's a yordle ez.

Viktor is my favorite character, too. Im really happy the way the story ended with Jayce and Viktor.
Sadly Vi's death is the catalyst for Piltover and the undercity coming together in the alternate universe. Her death forced the topsiders to realize how poorly they lived, and the lengths they were forced to go to to make ends meet. It's sad that the only times the two cities can work together is when a great tragedy happens.
It was implied back in season one Ekko and Powder had a crush on each other as kids.
Btw Heimer is not dead... All Yordles transffered or teleported to their City called Bandle City whenever they "Died".. basically all yordle are kinda immortal

1:02:32. They're the tunnel schematics for where Jinx died. The monkey head she has is the one that was on the grenade that Jinx had when she died.
So the question is, if they could find part of the actual grenade (i.e. the centre of the explosion), why on earth would the primary detective in the series be looking at potential escape routes from the area? Also the airship at the end is the same model as the one Powder said she was going to fly in one day.
Put it together.
Don't worry guys Yordles are immortal, they will revive in their hometown when die.
