We are all Ruth (Gentiles) and Jesus took us as his bride. Very beautiful symbolism. Christ provided for us, like Boaz to Ruth, it's up to us if we'll do our part Like Ruth did.
Ruth was one of the first signs of God's promise that Gentiles would be joint heirs with Christ! Her, being a Gentile and Boaz a Jew, their bloodline would produce King David and eventually Christ Jesus, who was the fulfillment of that promise! Praise God for this wonderful story, which was the fortelling of His coming faithfulness and redemption to both Jew and Gentile!!!
There were many, besides Ruth.Tamar, Rahab, Bathshebha, Moses Ethiopian wife, Josephs Egyptian wife. A mixed race also came at the time of exodus before the law was given on Sinai, Israelites who had married Egyptians (male & females). Your point is good & right, gentiles were and are part of Lords plan of sanctification. Shalom.
I love Ruth because she saw enough of who God is in the life of Naomi, that she left behind all she used to know to trust in God. She was also obviously a diligent person , willing to work hard to earn her way and to help Naomi. She put her faith into actions and became part of the lineage of Jesus. Absolutely wonderful history this dear woman has !
I feel the Spirit of God every time I watch this video , May the Lord bless each and every Lady in waiting My God is truly Worth the Wait . There's No one like him

An excellent movie on the story of Ruth! Its wonderful to finally see a bible movie in Hebrew, the native tongue of israel and its also great to see the bible characters represented in a very authentic way. A truly beautiful movie! Most Christian women quote this story and about how to meet your Boaz (husband) but what they dont identify is Ruths willingness to firstly take on Naomis faith in God and her commitment to stay with her and take care of her - also Ruths humility in working in the fields as a servant girl, got her the attention of Boaz - her obedience in doing exactly what Naomi told her to do. she was a foreigner with no rights but yet she yielded and surrendered everything. Her humility finally brought her the honor, the husband and the home, she desired and what Naomi also desired for her. As godly, Christian, spirit filled women, are we prepared to humble ourselves as Ruth did to serve not ourselves, but others like a mother in law, of those not related to us and others in our community? Things we need to think about.
One of the most memorable quotes ever was omitted. KJV RUTH16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
This by far is the most authentic version of the story of Ruth and Boaz. . The actors gave stellar performances. One of my many favorite Old Testament Bible stories
I have prayed to God about my life so many nights. Have cried. He always makes me read Ruth. I couldn’t get away from that book. I would put on my Bible on shuffle and the book of Ruth would come on. I would pray for guidance the book of Ruth once again. He is almighty and knows what his children need to hear.
He is probably reminding you that, like Boaz, he is your heavenly kinsman-redeemer. That is what he has showed to me in my sometimes very difficult life on my own. He cares especially for widows and orhans and looks down from the height of his heaven to be involved in our lives. There is no detail he misses. Sometimes he will also send others into our lives to give us a little refreshing or provision. But even when there is no one else, he is there for us as we trust him.
I am glad he called me ruth from my mothers womb and I pray he grants me the grace to live like truthful and obedient to his words and promises in jesus name.
I think its so romantic. Boaz was just so charming and Ruth was just so graceful and noble. One of my favorite stories of all time with love, honor, righteousness, nobility and God's promise...
Are you kidding me???? at 2:40 i am waiting breathlessly for Ruth to declare that "Your God is my God, your home is my home." Pretty good production values in this retelling of Ruth. But the threshing floor scene was very nicely and nobly done.
I know, like, the way it's told in God's book is so beautiful just as it is! Why embellish & leave out the best verses!?! The attention to historical detail is great & being sensitive to the subject. I just wish God's words would be exalted. ''And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge; thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the Lord do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.'' Beautiful ! Just beautiful ! All the characters look so normal, unlike the painted dolls of star studded Hollywood movies.Even if some prophet had prophesied to this unassuming little known widowed girl from Moab, that kings would come from her womb and the greatest King of Kings, Son of the Living God, Lord Jesus Christ would be her descendant, would she have ever believed? Would she have ever imagined that girls around the world, for thousands and thousands of years, will be named Ruth, after her? I think not. ...... What a blessing and privilege !!!

HI I absolutely LOVE this version. The setting and the actors, actresses, beautiful, and the narration, full of reverence and warmth. Shalom to you all in Yeshua Ha Mashiach ben David.
It's not a life prayed for, Ruth did not pray for Boaz, she did what was right though it seemed God had cursed her life miserably. This life is earned through unmoving virtue. So if you preserve and remain in God's trials, bold in new environments, hardworking and obedient to elderly instruction, then that future will be yours in Christ. Ruth risked even her public reputation when doing Naomi's final instruction. So such a blessing comes with risks of dishonor and disgrace. God is your covering through such a narrow path, fear not, God is faithful.
Ho già messo un commento. Ma devo dire che guardo sempre questo video, mi affascina sempre di più. Boaz è descritto così bene , gentile, rispettoso, innamorato
Wonderful Biblical love story...I really enjoyed it and I learned a lot..I have read it in the Bible..Boaz and Ruth...12/21/2024...Thank you for this movie..
God richly blesses me by watching these movies of the Bible. We need more movies like these.TV is not fit to watch anymore. Too much violence, sexual content etc. Thank you for these God centered movies and may the Lord bless you. Shalom.
I hope you LOVE This as much as I do! Shoes in Church I showered and shaved................ I adjusted my tie. I got there and sat In a pew just in time. Bowing my head in prayer............ As I closed my eyes. I saw the shoe of the man next to me....... Touching my own. I sighed. With plenty of room on either side......... I thought, 'Why must our soles touch?' It bothered me, his shoe touching mine.. But it didn't bother him much. A prayer began: 'Our Father'............. I thought, 'This man with the shoes, has no pride. They’re dusty, worn, and scratched. Even worse, there are holes on the side!' 'Thank You for blessings,' the prayer went on. The shoe man said................. A quiet 'Amen.' I tried to focus on the prayer....... But my thoughts were on his shoes again.. Aren't we supposed to look our best. When walking through that door? 'Well, this certainly isn't it,' I thought, glancing toward the floor. Then the prayer was ended............ And the songs of praise began . The shoe man was certainly loud..... Sounding proud as he sang. His voice lifted the rafters........ His hands were raised high. The Lord could surely hear.. The shoe man's voice from the sky. It was time for the offering........ And what I threw in was steep. I watched as the shoe man reached.... Into his pockets so deep. I saw what was pulled out.......... What the shoe man put in. Then I heard a soft 'clink' as when silver hits tin. The sermon really bored me.......... To tears, and that's no lie. It was the same for the shoe man... For tears fell from his eyes. At the end of the service........ As is the custom here. We must greet new visitors, And show them all good cheer. But I felt moved somehow........... And wanted to meet the shoe man. So after the closing prayer........ I reached over and shook his hand. He was old and his skin was dark..... And his hair was truly a mess..... But I thanked him for coming.......... For being our guest... He said, 'My name’s Charlie............ I'm glad to meet you, my friend.' There were tears in his eyes......... But he had a large, wide grin.. 'Let me explain,' he said............. Wiping tears from his eyes. 'I've been coming here for months...... And you're the first to say 'Hi.'' 'I know that my appearance...........Is not like all the rest. 'But I really do try....................To always look my best.' 'I always clean and polish my shoes...Before my very long walk.' 'But by the time I get here........They're dirty and dusty, like chalk.' My heart filled with pain............ And I swallowed to hide my tears. As he continued to apologize.......... For daring to sit so near He said, 'When I get here............ I know I must look a sight.' 'But I thought if I could touch you....Then maybe our souls might unite.' I was silent for a moment............. Knowing whatever was said Would pale in comparison.... I spoke from my heart, not my head. 'Oh, you've touched me,' I said.......'And taught me, in part' 'That the best of any man..............Is what is found in his heart.' The rest, I thought,............... This shoe man will never know. Like just how thankful I really am.... That his dirty old shoe touched my soul Live each day as your last, for we never know our time here on earth. Love and Peace My Friends and remember that it is not how we look on the outside but how we look within .
Plz keep producing more of Biblical story keeping the same purity and divine prodution for rhe glory of His name. So many biblical movies produced are portraying wrong mesaage and misrepresenting the scriptire . I fell in love with this beautiful Ruth movie.
Ruth 1:16 "for where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people will be my people, and your God my God." Even today, this holds true, the promise that those who have faith in God's promises, can become heirs of the Kingdom soon to be established on earth. 1Samuel 7 12 When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom. 13 He shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. 14 I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son." there is always a deeper message in these stories.
Only after Naomi with Ruth was back to the land of Bethlehem her name Naomi (meaning “blessed”) became true in her life, this happened when Ruth a moabites accepted and believed the God of Naomi who is the living God, Adonai Elohim! What a great story ! Sometimes God’s ultimate blessings for us takes a little bit longer for us to receive it , This is to test our faith and obedience to His words! What a great movie!
I have seen this movie before and I love it I can't help believe God honored Ruth for trusting Him completely and believing that He is God totally and being a faithful family to Naomi I believe Naomi didn't realize how faithful she would be
Even according to today's standards it is utmost courageous what Ruth did not only for herself, but for Naomi. How much greater was the risk of what she did in these antique times? Ruth is truly a martyr and saint of her own kind and deserves her place in the Bible.
This is a great short film. I loved that it was filmed about the book of Ruth! We learn of JESUS family tree.❤ The cinematography and location really moved me because it is made so realistic of the time of Naomi, Ruth and Boaz. Amen I connect and receive this blessing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ hallelujah glory be to God thank You Lord ☦️🕊
I pray for a happy ending such as this one for myself. Beautiful
God bless you family church

Shoes in Church
I showered and shaved................ I adjusted my tie.
I got there and sat In a pew just in time.
Bowing my head in prayer............ As I closed my eyes.
I saw the shoe of the man next to me....... Touching my own. I sighed.
With plenty of room on either side......... I thought, 'Why must our soles touch?'
It bothered me, his shoe touching mine.. But it didn't bother him much.
A prayer began: 'Our Father'............. I thought,
'This man with the shoes, has no pride. They’re dusty, worn, and scratched.
Even worse, there are holes on the side!'
'Thank You for blessings,' the prayer went on.
The shoe man said................. A quiet 'Amen.'
I tried to focus on the prayer.......
I'm glad to meet you, my friend.'
There were tears in his eyes......... But he had a large, wide grin..
'Let me explain,' he said............. Wiping tears from his eyes.
'I've been coming here for months...... And you're the first to say 'Hi.''
'I know that my appearance...........Is not like all the rest.
'But I really do try....................To always look my best.'
'I always clean and polish my shoes...Before my very long walk.'
'But by the time I get here........They're dirty and dusty, like chalk.'
My heart filled with pain............ And I swallowed to hide my tears.
As he continued to apologize.......... For daring to sit so near
He said, 'When I get here............ I know I must look a sight.'
'But I thought if I could touch you....Then maybe our souls might unite.'
I was silent for a moment............. Knowing whatever was said
Would pale in comparison.... I spoke from my heart, not my head.
'Oh, you've touched me,' I said.......'And taught me, in part'
'That the best of any man..............Is what is found in his heart.'
The rest, I thought,............... This shoe man will never know.
Like just how thankful I really am.... That his dirty old shoe touched my soul
Live each day as your last, for we never know our time here on earth. Love and Peace My Friends and remember that it is not how we look on the outside but how we look within .

I am so happy with my friend my Father my protector, my shepherd Christ..😊💕
Plz keep producing more of Biblical story keeping the same purity and divine prodution for rhe glory of His name. So many biblical movies produced are portraying wrong mesaage and misrepresenting the scriptire . I fell in love with this beautiful Ruth movie.
How I love this love story. It's my second time to watch. Thanks so much!

They are all words to live by
Thankyou for this beautiful story. God bless you. Aum Guru Aum.
I have seen this movie before and I love it I can't help believe God honored Ruth for trusting Him completely and believing that He is God totally and being a faithful family to Naomi I believe Naomi didn't realize how faithful she would be
beautiful beyond belief the story of Ruth THE Most HIGH heard my prayers
The very beautiful love story of our Lord Jesus Christ ancestor...Beautiful...
i never get tired of this great story thanks for sharing,, shalom from creece
This is one of my favorite books of the Bible.
So authentic. Gentle to watch. Thank you.
Couldn't have said it better, or agree more.
The best biblically accurate book of Ruth movie
Even according to today's standards it is utmost courageous what Ruth did not only for herself, but for Naomi. How much greater was the risk of what she did in these antique times?
Ruth is truly a martyr and saint of her own kind and deserves her place in the Bible.
May i be a faithful Servant as Ruth, Dear Lord allocate me send us a redeemer
I have always loved this story. I composed a music dram on it years ago. It was very pleasant to watch this depiction of a sacred love.
Amen.
I receive this message in Jesus name.
I never get tired of this great story. Thanks for sharing your video
Been trying to find more of these videos (same format), with no success. I really like this.
This is a great short film. I loved that it was filmed about the book of Ruth! We learn of JESUS family tree.❤ The cinematography and location really moved me because it is made so realistic of the time of Naomi, Ruth and Boaz. Boaz was so caring towards Ruth and I also thought it was so nice to have the actors speaking in Hebrew 😊❤ Nice movie, I feel so inspired by it, AMEN!
