DIY Graduate Cap |

Here is an easy DIY Graduate Cap you can customize to fit your plushies or to make as a table-top decoration.
I used felt as my main material but you can also use cardstock if you prefer!
What I used:
Black felt
Black thread
Elastic thread
Scissors
Glue
Needle
Safety pin
