I choked on my hot chocolate watching this. I was right where you camped only a few days ago. I got the train to Gt Yarmouth, and walked to sheringham. Inspired by your brilliant videos to get out more, and you got me into wild camping 👍. I recognised the pill box where you stashed the tin. I found the badge and note!!!!! Thank you so much...im so chuffed. You asked for a selfie, im not on Instagram, but will try to sort something out. Thanks again.😊 What I'll do, is put something back there , walking/backpacking related so someone else can find it.
Ahhhh mate brilliant !!! Well done bud !!!! Email me a pic I’ll put it up in the next video ! Eastanglianbushcraft@gmail.com Thanks for looking mate 🤟🏻👊👊👊
We are walking with you in spirit. We are too old and broken to do it ourselves. Apart from that, we live in Tasmania. Our woods are completely different. We have beautiful scenery here, and we can walk to a tidal creek, a river and Bass Strait all in 20 minutes. The mountains are an hour away by car. Can't complain. Your videos take us somewhere different. You can camp on our block if you ever come over. ❤🇦🇺
Just hearing your intro music gives me a sense of calm like I’m going for a walk in the bush myself. Another great video Craig- you’re smashing it mate!
Another solid video mate, I just wanted to say I regularly still go back and watch your older videos and it’s awesome seeing the progression over time of your videos, the editing, your camera presence and confidence, all the little tweaks you’ve made over time to get them cleaner and refined hasn’t gone unnoticed. I always look forward to a new video, thanks for always providing you absolute legend 🍻🫡
Thanks for taking us to Norfolk Craig👍 I haven't been there for 30+ years. My wife and I live in West Wales but originally we are from south Herts/ north London! We've been here 35+ years and we love it,and seeing flint walls, the sound of geese and your section with turnstone (those birds) walking on the sea wall makes me highly nostalgic!
That was my home and walking area before moving to the North West of Scotland 2 years ago. Although I now live in a gob smacking landscape I still love Norfolk so much. Great to reminisce with you. Thank you.
What can I say but EPIC!!!! Simply EPIC dude. This was awesome, good for the soul, you looked properly chilled and recharged. Not wishing my time away but can not wait for it to be 2024 and to be able to be out and about on adventures and camping again. This 15miles circular is on the list, I’m on it next year. All the best 👍💪🍺
Haha it did cross my mind about the headtorch lol 😆. Cracking little film. Looked a great walk. Love a bit of history, especially local history of a place you know. That's cool, stopping fir a chinwag. Makes ya feel good. What a great idea to stash your patches 👍. Atb Craig, Rick n Billydog
Norfolk is a lovely county. I live in Burgh Castle, near Great Yarmouth. Some lovely walks to be had in this area, out on the Norfolk Broads. Enjoyed your video, and such a lovely circular hike you had.
I know it well buddy, having worked at Hotel de Paris in Cromer many, many years ago as a chef. I used to go crabbing a lot. I know Roman Hill. Good memories. Thanks for triggering them off buddy. 😊
*Side-note.. that Gazebo was a nice find wasn't it! Also.. The tree walk is well worth experiencing at Kew Gardens.. apart from having to deal with the city vibes - but well worth a walk up in the canopy of tree's. Nice!
Hi Craig thank you for another great video I love your channel, what a beautiful place Norfolk is. My sister lived in Hillingdon I think she was glad to get away lol 😅 Love you ❤❤
I live in North Walsham and this looks an awesome route so I'll be out to walk this soon and hopefully do a cheeky wild camp to. Big fan of your videos and love your upbeat personality. Cheers Si
Feeling flooded at the minute so definitely going to dedicate this Sunday to a long walk and a camp in my touran! Thanks for putting all your ppsitive stuff online geez, keep it up 🤙
Interesting video as always. We did a stealth camp on Roman Hill, looks like not far from your car park place but months ago. We did not do the walk just the overnight stealth. We are Norfolk 'n' Stealth. P.S. acoustic guitars are cool, just saying. 👍
What a great tourist guide to Norfolk and almost multilingual 😂 It's strange we all go miles away for holidays but if we could all get off our butts look what we could see. Yet another great video from the master 👏 👌
Watching you talk and walk, you are constantly looking, changing what you are looking at . You have trained your eyes well, spotting the fungi on the tree an no doubt loads more. Good bimble Craig, super reward with the Ghostship, surprising they sell suffolk beer in Norfolk.
I may be the only one, but I thought the audio was just fine and better than a lot of outdoors RUclipsrs I've seen. It just felt like a nice afternoon out hiking with Craig -- but man, I needed a beer too.
Awesome mate never even broke sweat and a good way just to clear the head and enjoy the day take care and all the best Craig , sound was ok by the way 👍👌🍻🍻❤️
Great little vid Craig. That gazebo would make an epic bivvy campsite tbf. Slightly different content than the norm but a pleasure to watch. Cheers dude!🤟🏼
Loved that ! I'm glad you found the Gazebo, it has such amazing views even if it nearly kills you getting up all the steps 😂 I've often sat on top of that pill box in Beeston Regis common and had lunch, it's a great little spot 😁
This walk is epic, I've done parts of it! But...., you can also head east through Cromer and Overstrand and then follow the old railway line and it's no less epic! ❤
Pit yakkas from durham way I live in those pit villages you mentioned going to copy you today and plan a hike don't think I'd manage 15 miles but going to try 5 miles as have mobility problems but sure il enjoy it great vid do more hiking ones buddy
craig, as always you legend. Would love to see a video about winter tips and tricks for camping. I'm wanting too, but english weather has actually got cold this december and its giving me mixed feelings about going out. Your videos inspired me to wild camp and shown me its ok for me to run loose in the woods every now and then. im just a deer tip toeing through the world lol. much love, take care. jay
i agree totally Sherringham is a lovely place, we intend to retire there in a few years, I can't recommend the Lobster enough if you are looking for a local hostelry.
Hi mate what can I say on point as always , so your got relatives I'm aylsham my home town my sill lives there at 95 And me myself 58 have seen some changes So I'm thinking most like messed about on most the farms as a kid witch was your mums good days growing up keep up the good videos keep on troshing boy lol

I remember having some holidays in sheringham. Good memories. Lovely autumn views Craig. I would definitely like to visit again. I noticed your revolution race trousers, and mixed reviews on leg sizes. Are they worth buying. Thank you 👍
Nice part of the county that, I’ve always fancied camping in the woods around there. Your audio isn’t that bad dude, it’s nowhere near as terrible as mine, the joys of filming on a budget. 😆
You should do a video on the east to west coast line. Similar to what you’ve done before. Hunstanton/ Brancaster start point. There is and amazing wild camping spot just between Brancaster and Burnham called Scolthead Island. You can walk out on low tide if not canoe/paddle board out. Very peaceful, beautiful wild life. And it’s like a private beach. Also come down to The Hero in Burnham overy. We have Wherry on tap always, and will never be going anywhere.
I've liked quite a few of your videos and got the odd like back from you, so please don't think I'm taking the piss, but for some reason that head torch/hat combo with the grey top made me see you as a civil war era Confederate soldier: I could imagine you with a Springfield rifle with a big old Sword bayonet slung over your shoulder! Sorry, it's a slow old evening, but great to see you out again. Like a previous poster, I often go back and watch older stuff, especially loved the camp on the sunken boat.
Such a mad coincidence when you revealed your originally from. Hillingdon! You'll never believe it but, Haley is from Hillingdon probably born in the same hospital, Hillingdon hospital lolz Just had to share that! Another great video of your expeditions thanks for sharing. Haley and Dylan ❤
What a great Sunday evening have just watched a new video from Haze Outdoors and now you have just dropped a new video . Fantastic life is good!!!! And now Bushman and Blue . My 3 favorite channels
Craig, I've always been curious, during which month does all the foliage drop in the areas you usually frequent? Which time of year do things start to bud again?

Great hike with so many beautiful views. Yeah, I woulda passed on that free “camping shelter” too. 👍🏻
Aww mate showing of what Norfolk has to offer! There is hidden gems all across east Anglia on all the back roads! Another great video bro! 💚🤙🏻

Craig, I've always been curious, during which month does all the foliage drop in the areas you usually frequent? Which time of year do things start to bud again?
November for leaf drop, and bud burst on the trees is April. Fully leafed out by may.
