I'm an Iraq and Afghanistan veteran and I still suffer today BUT I've got a grip of it now and I'm a gentle bloke again and YOUR videos and taking myself bushcrafting has dragged me back from the edge 👍👍 Keep uploading brother 👍 Much love from your friends in Wales Ritchie veteran and Raven xxxx Your a bloody LEGEND 👍👍👍👍
Fleece, your up there bloke,I've been homeless 33yrs,mentle health is a big thing out there amongst the homeless,it's not hit me that much over the years,I've been through alot, living outside in the hedgerows, but that's been the key, countryside!.not done much street life, love the cold, love being out,you help others with your speeches on your journey good on ya,, here's to life,it's very special, cheers!!!
And me mate 24 years homless and lost alot of people on the way but bin indoors for 3 years now and still find it hard sometimes big up to everyone whos going through things well in craig ur legend
Craig, I've been watching your videos for about 5 years, mate, and I really enjoy checking in with you every so often. Thanks, Lou. Lincoln City, Oregon.
Loved this vid mate. As a mental health worker, I think it's good that you continue to break the stigma and talk about mental health but it is so important to get help if you need it - just talking can help as it can be very difficult to come out of a rut by yourself. If you give my missus the fleece it'll make our day. Either way I'll stick a tenner in MIND's back pocket to help them reach people - thanks for the reminder 💙
Always appreciate the MH inputs. As a naff tv ad for bt used to say, “it’s good to talk”. It is great that you stop and address it, 16:18 and encourage others to do so. I once heard Robbie Williams describe suffering from depression as being like “having the worst flu you’ve ever had “. I know what he means. When you’re in that place, even getting out of bed can seem like the biggest effort in the world. But it is possible, you can do it. Just take the days one at a time and keep moving forward. Sometimes you’ll move forward, sometimes you’ll slip back, having a good day doesn’t mean you’ve beaten it, and having a bad day doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It’s a process. But you will get there. Just keep going and believe me, you will get there. Peace, love and positivity to all those who need it!
I've had a bear skin fleece for 3 years now . I love it! I wouldn't wear any other fleece . Top video again Craig you legend . If you can get through to just one person about mental health you have won mate . Your words can and will save a life . Top bloke 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Kevin, we are so happy to learn about your experience with our BAERSkin hoodie! Thank you for your appreciation. We hope to see you again in our online store! Best,
Nice camp and good MH chat Craig. I have had issues with depression and PTSD for the past 10 years -and i agree with what you say. There is a lot of support out, but you have to want to change.I find that MH is a journey and an onging fight but it is possible to overcome. .Thanks dude stay safe 🙏
Would love the fleece ,as a girly going to do south downs would keep me toasty warm ,love to mental health talk ,totally agree ,have always called my walks my therapy. Keep up the great work Craig. Xx
Ahh, man that mental health talk had me in tears,... floods of tears !.. i agree about being outside,... its free mental help. please don't stop what you do... i really look forward to another video ( no pressure ). cheers mucker.
Thank you for the mental health chat. My husband watched it, and I am sure it went in. He goes for an hour walk every day by the river and through the woods. It helps immensely. ❤🇦🇺
Love the mental health chats mate. I've suffered and councilling didn't work because they never had it! Just watching you outside is an escape from work and normal life stress! Good to see you back! Promise myself I'm gonna camp out loads this year! Live near biggest park in Redditch and can walk 15 mins to the lake and loads of spots and son has moved to Devon so 600 miles of coast to see!!! Peace ❤
Fleece. You just can’t beat time in the woods to reflect on your mental well-being. I’m often inspired by your videos and wish I could get out more often. Thanks for the channel keep up the good work
"I'll have the fleece" I always appreciate the MH check in. I catastrophize and have done since my early teens. Like you taking a step back and not making rushed decisions with a degree of self analysis helps me to avoid 'another crisis' Thanks as always.
My apologies for the delay, awesome video as always, your are a legend simple as that, you’ve been through a lot and you are still pushing through it. From my experience, a positive out look and a positive mindset and mental attitude goes a long long way. By this I mean, even when in those darkest of dark places, hold on to one positive, think of one good thing each and every day. It helped me no end. All the best 👍💪 “ I’ll av the fleece “
I’ll have the fleece mucker, good shout regarding mental health it got me a few years back after a lifetime of dramas, I'm 58 now and slowly dealing with it, I miss the risk, the lads, the danger, the adrenalin in many jobs I've done, my business keeps my head clear and getting out on the hills and coast, great video as ever.
Craig! Genuinely, I think this video shows 3 things! 1. How good you've become at editing & content creation. 2. Loving the old skool throwback to the marina dude, shame it didn't work out, onwards & upwards. 3. This is the best mental health video to date...and it feels almost like another old skool throwback too, really good advice though. P.S. - thankyou for tge advice on which knots to learn for PGL, unfortunately it wasn't my gig & I switched to warmer climates in catering at PGL haha P.P.S - I bought the Bearskin Tac Hoodie too as I live in the middle of ducking nowhere exposed to all the elements, fancy a swap for a nice navy blue? 😂
Thank you for always presenting a great video with many layers from skills, travel, camping, and last but not least, keeping your own and others' mental health in mind. Keep being honest and keep being yourself brother. Love every video!
Love that fleece mate would put that to good use when I start hiking. Good talk lad so true, always nice to give advice it will always help someone including myself. 🤟🏻👊🏻
Nicely done bro.... Loved that you were quick on your feet with the campsite... Giz that fleece BTW👌😎👊Loved the mental health chat Craig! What a great ambassador you are👊💪👌KTF🙏
Mental health is real and we all have our ups and downs it’s life what I’ve found to get me out of the dumps is to keep busy stay positive and encourage others, kinda like your channel it’s therapy and yes on the fleece it’s rad!!! 😎
About mental health. This video is something I will show to my wife. She had/ has depression kinda working as a nurse. She went working to some where else for a year before she could return working as a nurse again. BIG Thank You for this video!!
Another great video pal. One of the best ways to enjoy a coffee. I'm Glad you keep it real it really helps the people that dont feel confident speaking about mental health Hats off to you 👏
Such honest insights mate. You touched base on points I have been coming to terms with. It's good to know someone else is making similar discovers. Thank you.....
I’d like the fleece - thank you for those words - it’s always good to realise that ‘ you’re not alone’ MH is very isolating and it’s so tough to mix with people - and you guys are the worst for talking about how you’re feeling. Share your thoughts , anonymously if it’s better for you but talk talk talk. I love your vids and always take something away from them - thank you so much for doing them and sharing your thoughts Denise
Cheers .. had a few beers .. last time kipping on my late dad's floor as his house being sold .. lush to see a video from you to watch before lights out. Take it easy. Thanks for content.
I like your honesty and openness with your mental health. It’s refreshing to see a ‘blokey bloke’ encouraging the talks. For too long I hid from my demons, and battled them silently; because talking about fear and sadness and loneliness is not what a ‘man’ does. It took a breakdown before I realised that I wasn’t being a man by running from my thoughts, I was in fact being a moron. I’ve got a wife and kids who love me for me; and they understand my PTSD, anxiety and depression just as well as any psychiatrist. Ps. Could I have the fleece for my son please. He’s taking me to the new forest for a bushcraft course in May and it’d be nice to give him something for the day.
I’d love the fleece please! Good on you for continuing to speak out about mental health topics that others haven’t got the courage to do so. I’m sure you’ve inspired at least one person (me included and I’ve been a fan from day 1) and that’s wicked :)
I'm interested in the fleece please ha.. As always Fantastic video, I’ve picked up so many tips from your videos for when I go wild camping. keep the good vids coming and hope to see more from you. The out doors is great for mental health 👏👏👏
Great video again Craig. Glad your happy and in a good place. Looking forward to spring and summer camps. Wild garlic will be out soon!. Would love a fleece if I'm lucky enough to win 👍
Top content as always brother, I see u at work in the morning wiv a positive vibe every time but I know how the demons can always be sat in the side lines ready 2 ruin the day, ur openness is inspirational in how the lows we all suffer affect us even when we are in a high place! Much love shag n as always look forward 2 the next 1 ❤️
Yewwwww, great vid mate... I would love a well good fleece like that... MH is hanging in there, a lot of pressure and negative thoughts, but totally staying in the positive realm. Really appreciate all your words and openness on MH. Empowering and positive with real talk realities. ✌️💚🤘

Spot-on camp yet again fella. Those coffee percolators are awesome mate, my family have also bought me a little coffee grinder for Christmas, so I can grind my own beans (Matron!) to go with it next time I’m out. Proper job! Loving the monocled look earlier on in the vid, very distinguished old chap! 😉👍
Excellent talk on mental health at the end of the video pal. I've had a few struggles over the years and I can totally relate with what you said. PS, I WANT THE FLEECE!!! :)
