✅PLS 3 point laser level. amzn.to/3JS1iK4 (Mine is a much older model. I hope the new models hold up as well as my old PLS!)
✅Bottle Jack. amzn.to/44IvyPA (I have not used this one) I was given most all of the Jacks I used.
✅Johnson 9" Torpedo Level. amzn.to/3XPKjxL (Johnson is my go to level. Good price. High quality, good longevity) you might want the 24", 48" and 72" as well. I go back and forth between all these regularly.
✅GRK structural screws. amzn.to/46EJRXr. These are bommer. But you could use just GRK deck screws in a pinch.
✅Ring Shank Nails. amzn.to/46OfnSX. BEWARE. Many of the "Ring Shank" nails on Amazon do not have the rings going down the nail. Just a few at the top. Look closely at the picture.
