- Podcaster, comedian, and retired MMA fighter Brendan Schaub of The Fighter And The Kid podcast ran into some truck troubles (to put it lightly). He also makes some very interesting claims which we get into today
He works with Bryan Callen, Chris D'Elia, and Erik Griffin on his podcasts. His other podcasts are The Golden Hour and Below The Belt. He's also had quite the run in with a fellow named Mark Harley.
At this point I'm just trying to hit the algorithm in any way possible. :)

He’s the saddest type of liar. He doesn’t lie for a comedic purpose (obviously), and he’s not lying to con or steal. He lies to himself to feel better. If he tells the story enough maybe someone will believe it. It’s like he’s trying to manifest his own delusions. He can’t even get manifesting right. It’s sad really.

I think hes scared to be himself and terrified that if people see his actual self he will be humiliated. But it doesn't look like his inner dialogue regarding himself is much different or any less dishonest than his public conversations constantly are. I've been there before, had a phase around high school age where I'd lie about dumb stuff and I'm guessing as a defense mechanism I'd avoid looking at that part of myself honestly even when alone to make the lie feel better or continuity or something idfk but ya manning up and uncovering my eyes was the.best decision I ever made, although not at first cuz its an overwhelmingly uncomfortable process but I was still a teenager so at schaubs age all those years of lying and on the internet too smh I'm glad I'm not in his shoea

While I think Brendan sucks, I’m pretty sure he comes clean about dying his mustache moments later in the clip you used. The other 2 keep grilling him that it doesn’t make sense and Brendan does keep the lie going for awhile and right when the guys kind of succumb and just let him think they believe him he goes “guys, I gotta tell you something…..I used just for men the other night.” All coy and crap like he just said the most shocking thing ever. It’s like he’s got to lie and lie and once he thinks he’s “won” he may or may not admit the truth. Like it’s a game to him. Everything has to be the opposite of whatever someone else says just so he can try to win them to his side. It’s an immature way to go thru life but I don’t see him maturing anytime soon.
Motor Trend has a popular show called Road Kill Brendan’s toon town shows font and text is the same. Also all the brands have said they are not sponsoring him and that he was just a customer.

Him embellishing the asian accent is not worth making the list. Alot of people/comedians do that when telling stories. It adds to the humor whether it's real or not... he still sucks regardless but deserves a pass on that one

Yes it has. They have the podcast for 12 years. Seems like a good run . Always amazed when people hate on others that took the time and effort to become successful. The biggest example are the Kardashians . It’s always comes from a place of jealousy, People will say they have no talent or got lucky. Then why doesn’t everyone have their own successful podcast or internet business. The bottom line is it take a lot of work in anything to have success. So hats off to the people that have the motivation and drive . Being critic of people is too easy
