I was on a cruise several years ago late November and I like Christmas Carols but it seemed to be they were on 24 hours a day in every room it was a little much for me.
Absolutely not. Do not show inauguration on any screens on Carnival Jubilee or any other ship. What is the world coming to? I am neutral on Chapels, that is a bit sad though. The removal of these quieter spaces is purely for money making purposes, giving more and more space for shops, restaurants, and of course casinos or even more cabins. Anything to squeeze a few more bucks out of our wallets.
Chapels, libraries and business centers are a thing of the past. While they are all nice in theory, they aren't used enough to warrant the space. For example, the Celebrity Edge class ships are the first class to not have libraries. Yes, a few complaints, but they weren't used that much. People have e-readers right on their phones, and why would you want to limit yourself to what's available in a small library? Business centers were popular before smart phones, but very few would use them now. Plane tickets are on smart phones also. And when I had a issue with connecting to wifi, I was sent to the photo/camera shop as those folks are multi-skilled. But going back to chapels, if there's a special event, the ship's chapel might not be big enough. Many years ago I was on a HAL cruise, and inadvertently crashed a Catholic mass. It was being held in the room where the bingo had been played. I didn't pay attention to the announcement, so I hadn't realized the bingo had been moved LOL. When I saw people dressed up, I quickly realized I was in the wrong place and left. There are still religious get togethers - just not in a dedicated space. For example, on my last cruise was over a Jewish holiday, and I saw in the daily schedule that there was a ceremony for it.
why is it that on all of the surveys there’s 22,000 people voted but only one percent said one thing and 33% said another that’s a total 34% where’s the other 66%?
The way people are having meltdowns over the election. You ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT it on the ship. Stay home Karen if you don't like what is on the big screen. If you don't want to Celebrate Holidays on the ship, don't schedule during that time!
I am anti-Halloween....but I didn't say a word on my last cruise during Halloween time. I just enjoyed myself. If you just cant tolerate a certain holiday, do not book during that time!
Eh, I disagree. I DO want chapels back. If someone doesn't like it, they don't have to go to it. I'm not 'shocked' they've gotten rid of them, because that's the way the world is going unfortunately. I also wanna see the inauguration. If I were on a cruise though, I'd just watch it when I came home. And yes, give me Christmas music from November 1st, through January 4th! haha
I do not want to watch the inauguration at all! I feel cruises should be politics and religion free! I like to enjoy all my fellow cruisers so let’s just avoid the divisiveness that comes from those things.
Please don't play the United States presidential inauguration. Not everyone is American. Not a huge fan of christmas but the ships are going to play the music. Get over it. It makes money for them. Chapels are a thang of the past. If your going to demand a chapel your going to need to provide a special space for every religion. A mosque, a synagogue, a meditation space, many different pagan areas ( a blanket term of course) at this rate most of the ship would be dedicated to some religion.
A chapel is great to have. But if there isn’t one my heart is my chapel. I can pray and worship in my ❤️
Thank you for watching hit like and subscribe

thank you for the video
I am a minister, and I do not see the need for a chapel. I can pray quietly to God at any time.
Hilarious how wrong these people are! Great show, Chris! 💜
Thank you

wouldn't anyone be able to go into the chapel though?
