Ate you sure about speciality dining cost? An hour ago our pcc told me cost was $40, $60, or $60 depending on restaurant.

I was on the Liberty September 22 and that bag definitely went through a metal detector. There's no way to get around the metal detectors

I think it sucks, I got screwed out of 2 specialty meals , unlimited Starbucks , unlimited water and unlimited WiFi ! It had been paid for 1.5 yrs ago! NCL IS SHADY!

If it were the British company cruise line, NCL would've never been able to call a free at sea because the appetising standards authority would have investigated because you have to pay for that as a perk, which would've been classed as false advertising in UK law.

We sail NCL because of the free at see promotion, and have often said if they stop it we would sail elsewhere. I think they know they will lose lots of passengers if they stop it, so they are just upping the cost. I don't drink top shelf liquor, and don't need 3 apps and 3 desserts. I guess I will start doing more comparisons for next year's cruise.

Good morning Chris, Thank you for the updates. Not sure how I feel about the NCL More at sea. Did like the Free at Sea and worked for me. but again, get more pay more and that everywhere. Still will sail NCL as they have the best package over all for Solo Cruisers

HMMMMM.... I dont think I like the new "more at sea" program. I dont eat 3 desserts and the cabin categories? This is going to make our upgrade from inside "free" cruise price by a lot. We usually pay to upgrade to a Club Balcony mini suite. Carnival will match status, so maybe we will try a fun ship. Virgin sometimes matches, but the cruises are short. We usually do 12 days. We end up missing 2 weeks of loads (my hubby is Rig owner/ operator), so we have been booking 12 days. Might as well make the most of the downtime. This is not good news for us. Sighhhh... Why do they fix things that are not broken?

Why on earth would you need a baby monitor?? UNLESS you are like those dumb "influencer" that leaves your kids alone. They 100% did this....they claimed they didn't but they are liars.

Just returned from a 2 week Carnival cruise where there were way too many scooters, mostly used by extremely obese younger people who zoomed up to tables at the buffet, then jumped off and miraculously got in line. I saw this happen daily. What bs! The cruise line needs to limit the number of these things and require proof of medical need.

If he's platinum, it can be assumed he enjoys cruising... Soooo.... how is a longer cruise miserable to him??? That makes zero sense. This dude just wants free sh!t (besides the free day).

Well said agreed 100% but there are some people in the world that are living in a delusional world. They think it all revolves around them. I was in the MSC Seashore casino when they made the announcement - most of us cheered!!! I was actually thankful as well because I didn't want to have to drive home in the storm. One more day in the yacht club? Yes please and thank you....

I am not even close to religious (atheist), but the Christmas season is my favorite orite! The decorations, the music ,the festive feeling, and MOST people being happy and friendly. Dang, just don't cruise if you are hating happiness and joy that much. Sheesh. Christmas can be as religious or non-religious as you make it. And on a cruise ship, it's most magical.
