I GOT A NEW UX JOB! How to Get Comfortable from WEEK 1

Hi! My name is Tiffany, and I'm a UX Researcher based in LA/Long Beach. :-)
Since my last video about my last day at my old work, I started a new (FULLY REMOTE!) job at a consumer-facing tech company and just hit my one month.
I wanted to share with you what has worked for me in overcoming imposter syndrome that I frequently face when I newly join a new team/company, know no one/nothing about the product space, or get promoted. Aaaand, these three things have helped me successfully feel comfortable at a new company.
I'm still figuring out how to make my videos more useful/helpful to others. Let me know if there's any topics I can cover for you, or if there's any content that was more interesting than others.
