I believe they’re true to size, at least for me they are. It might depends if you have a wide foot. It might fit a bit tight, but you can always return, or resell.
Womens dunk lows fit a bit slimmer and tighter then a Mens dunk low atleast for me. I’m a 10.5 Mens and I have purchased a few dunks in womens 12 and there’s fitted mostly the leather ones. I have suede pair and there perfect, but a true to size mens dunk low fit just right and there’s wiggle room
