@coreysmith1331 shouldn't matter, the breakdown of fats that has thc will be from the fats that are already in your body, not the ones that are there just from eating.
With that said, if you're drinking lots of water, your body will essentially just let it pass right through you. Sure there will be some other things passed along but the body won't process stored fat if you have food in your stomach and also won't process as fast as the water passing through your body.

It work ya’ll I smoked like 4 days (weed) before a drug test & literally drank water for about two days straight & an hour up until the test & passed. I had to wait like an extra hour to be tested & peed mid stream and, I was nervous asf and passed. Heavy Daily Smoker but, also a small frame not much fat. The urine was a very light yellow not too dark but, not light enough to raise suspicions of being diluted.
Did you use the creatine and if so where did you find it

@David Jones my pee was fluorescent yellow to the point where I was scared. Glowing yellow. Passed a lab test. Without the vitamin B, I was peeing clear water. I only took two vitamin B vitamins and one men's health one a day. That's all it took and it was fluorescent chartreuse yellow

@@jazfultz1861 just drink about 6 bottles of water or so make sure you go piss a bunch of times before your test. When you drink a lot of water most of it just passes through your body giving you a diluted urine so you’re under the amount of weed in your system

I have better results taking the creatine ethyl ester 1-2 grams at a time during the final flush (500ml per 1/2 hour). If I take it all at once I get diarrhea which takes away from the flush since water is coming out the wrong place. And probably some CEE too.
Doing it this way still raises the creatinine levels well.

3 bottles of water the night before. Enough to ensure you are getting up during the night to piss once or twice. At least 4 bottles of water in the morning of the test. You MUST piss 5 times before the test, and continue to drink water. When you finally take the test your piss should be crystal clear. Important... start your stream for 2 seconds before you pinch off and then piss the middle of your stream into the cup. Makes sure you use distilled or desalinated bottled water. The idea is to make yourself in a borderline state of hyponutrimia. This works best for labs that dont care about diluted negatives like the testing labs that the military uses.

There's negative dilute and positive dilute, if you piss clear again for the 2nd time they have to recognize it as a negative result
Can you please explain what that means. Negative as in you passed the test and it could or could not be dilute? I have to give another sample ig my first one was too clear. I had taken at least 4000 mcg or B12 vitamins

Worked for me even without the creatine and only took a little vitamin B I just drank plenty of water with some cranberry juice, I didn’t smoke for 2 weeks before the test and I was still testing positive with the at home tests but when I went to the lab to get tested thc didn’t come up

I did this method this morning and just took the piss test .
I substituted 1 liter of water with strawberry pedialyte and one liter with this product called gateorade fit. The other liter was plain spring water.
I also sipped on A and W cream soda to keep my body metabolizing sugar.
I took 10grams of creatine mono 4.5 hours before and 1 tablet of B complex 3 hours before.
I’ll edit with the results when they come back from the lab
It bought me more time to retest and now I’m naturally clean

I'm 5 ft 11, 191 Lbs, and smoke 3 times a day every day. What works for me is to drink a little over 2 liters of water a day for 2 weeks. I'm a pretty active person, so that helps with that extra water intake. Eat more fruits and veggies, and cut down a bit on carbs and and sweets. Meanwhile I wait for those 2 weeks to be over, I go and buy 2 different kinds of at home test kits. Once the 2 weeks are done, I take a few days to test myself at home. For the first pee of the morning, I get a disposable cup and pee in it, and the tests come back negative.

I don't fucking understand why the hell they even do this stupid bull shit anyways. Weed should be no different from how alcohol is treated. I believed all my life that weed was bad until I found my mom's edibles and ate them on accident on Christmas vacation. Weed did a whole lot more than make me feel good. It gave me an entire new perspective on life. At the time I was just so fucking miserable I felt like I just wasn't good enough but when I tried that shit man it was like life really isn't that bad.
