So since Jan 1st 2024 I've smoked a little over 2 eighth's (I'd say about 8g) until March 20th, toking on weekends and abstaining during the week for school. On March 20th I learned I had a drug test coming up so quit immediately. I tested negative on March 25th. I'm 5'8" and about 130lb (based on my BMI I'm borderline malnourished lol). I go biking very regularly and stay pretty active, but I don't push myself very hard or cause myself to sweat that much, only bike a few miles a day on average. I used to smoke about 1g daily back when I was a heavier user, but I've got a buddy who smokes about twice that (2 ounces a month).
I am 6’2” 240lb I don’t work out and don’t eat healthy. I smoke about once every other week and don’t smoke a lot when I do. About half a joint. I did a home test about a week after the last time I smoked and tested negative. I was super shocked!

I'm 5,9 about 60-70 kg . I work in construction. Had a joint on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Then was clean for 1 week and the following week I had a random drug test and passed with flying colors. I drank loads of water to dilute . Along with multi vitamin pills daily and cranberry juice . I don't know if there's any science to that 🤔 but hey I passed . And now hold a job still
Not saying this vid is bs but i know guys who get tested once a month and smoke constantly and give themselves 1 week to cleanse drinking water and always pass. They are not highly active nor are extremely overweight.
@xar2169 they did UA test me, but I guess nothing happened since it was back in January. Just keep exercising, but it also goes to your BMI, metabolism, and if you haven't smoked in a long time, which for me was in 2016. Hope this helps 🙏🏽

I did smoke a wax pen three months ago, It took forever for me to finish it because I just take like 1 or 2 puffs a day (at that time) I’ve been pretty clean the last two months. My stupid self was talked into smoking a blunt when leaving work. I barely puffed it 3 times, then got a call an hour later saying I got the job but need to do a drug test. It has now been 3 days, I have a faint line on a home drug test, which is “passing”. Going to try to push this test to the end of the week which is 5 days away. I’m definitely a minority here, I’m 5’11 and 324lb. Worried a bit, just really want this job, I could care less for weed.

I would love to see you do a video about CDL DOT drug test and kratom. Seems to be a lot of mix information about the subject and would love to hear a DOT certified doctors take on it. It’s not in the banned substance list, I don’t think it’s a good thing to be on when you’re driving a tractor trailer but can you legally take it in your off time some of the questions you could address during the video.
I tried kratom roughly 15 years ago, but felt nothing. So I I've been under the impression that kratom doesn't really get you "high", and that any minor high claimed by users are merely placebo effects.

If you dab every day from .5 to 2 grams a day fit or fat and inactive it takes 4-6 months to pee clean had to do task 3 years ago from failing my first probation DT the task officer explained how wax and other concentrate’s take way longer they stick more than smoking so just stay clean if you have an important job or probation also you’ll feel more productive and happier than being blazed every day

I’m 5’9 133-140lbs pretty low on body fat (would guess like 12% or lower) I stopped smoking June 1st for a fight I had on the 15th and then that night I hit a thc pen like twice and that was it. I sweat regularly because of training. I had a lab test today (July 1st) and before today I did two home tests (one on the 28th and one on the 30th) and came out negative. I don’t know if this is accurate, a lot of reputable websites like Mayo Clinic, Web MD, will say single use stays in your system for 1-3 days and if you smoke 3-4 times a week it will stay in your system for 5-7 days
it really does depend on all the factors at play like i could fail one if i started really burning fat and got tested at the wrong time being clean for well over 10 months but ive passed many tests 3-5 days after smoking being overweight and fairly sedentary it could be the fact my natural ph is out of wack tho but some places testing cut off is 500ng/ml. side note the mayo clinic and web md are mmm shaky at best. the best advice is get some home tests and wait till you have a week or two off and see how your body specifically works (i'm not a doc sorry i made my account when i was young thought it was cool)

Did you say you smoke once/twice a month? Dude… A gallon of water a day for 7 days should be fine. If you want to do a little more than water, drink cranberry juice. Not oceanspray cranberry juice or off brand. Drink “Just Cranberry” juice (organic) by R.W Knudsen, or Lakewood’s “Pure Cranberry” juice. You’ll be fine. Add cardio to your workouts. Goal is to sweat. Doesn’t have to be intense, but during my detox I did intense cardio. I added acv to my water occasionally too. I was clean in 14 days. Really 13. But we’ll call it 2 weeks just bc. I used to smoke everyday, and 3-4x a day when I was w/ my gf. But divide that b/c we passed the blunt, so i was consuming half a blunt each time. I’m going to be truthful and add. Even though I smoke everyday, 1. My blunts were never big. Probably .5-1 gram a blunt and I’d also smoke it in portions throughout the day sometimes. At my heaviest time, I’d probably smoke 2 grams a day. So never much. Not the type to do 3 grams in a blunt everyday multiple times a day. Won’t lie, it’s been times where we’d do stuff like that though, but all in all I wasn’t that bad. Hope this helps. P.s @13 days my secondary line was faint. Still very visible, but faint if that makes sense. Now 25 days in, it’s definitely darker, and I’m definitely negative. If I could add pictures I would. Hope this helps!
Also, I did the certo method one day to see if it works. Somewhere in between my 7-13th day of detoxing. In case I couldn’t get clean in time for UA. (It definitely works) I was positive the day before, but the day I did the certo method my test was negative. Line was as dark as it is now 25 days in, NO CERTO since then. Thought I’d add that piece of information in case the certo “sped up” my detox process. Trying to be as detailed as possible. Also, when I say I was positive the day before taking certo, my test had what could be called a “ghost line” / secondary line was starting to form. I still counted that as positive though. Bc w/ the certo, the secondary line was actually dark and visible. That should be all. I’m preparing for UA / Hair follicle test, so I’ve got ways to go. I got UA down, about 60 more days to go for hair 🤦🏿♂️.

I would love to see you do a video about CDL DOT drug test and kratom. Seems to be a lot of mix information about the subject and would love to hear a DOT certified doctors take on it. It’s not in the banned substance list, I don’t think it’s a good thing to be on when you’re driving a tractor trailer but can you legally take it in your off time some of the questions you could address during the video.

I tried kratom roughly 15 years ago, but felt nothing. So I I've been under the impression that kratom doesn't really get you "high", and that any minor high claimed by users are merely placebo effects.
No one should be drinking and driving, but it’s perfectly legal and yet most drivers don’t , same thing with weed , legalize it, just because it’s legal doesn’t mean we are going to have people stoned behind the wheel

If you dab every day from .5 to 2 grams a day fit or fat and inactive it takes 4-6 months to pee clean had to do task 3 years ago from failing my first probation DT the task officer explained how wax and other concentrate’s take way longer they stick more than smoking so just stay clean if you have an important job or probation also you’ll feel more productive and happier than being blazed every day
No, I used to do that and it never took me more than 14 days to pee clean and I’m not in super great shape
If you are on probation your cutoff is probably 20ng/ml or lower (less wiggle room) common testing like employment is 50ng/ml

I’m 5’9 133-140lbs pretty low on body fat (would guess like 12% or lower) I stopped smoking June 1st for a fight I had on the 15th and then that night I hit a thc pen like twice and that was it. I sweat regularly because of training. I had a lab test today (July 1st) and before today I did two home tests (one on the 28th and one on the 30th) and came out negative. I drink a lot water regularly but once I got home I took another home test and it looked negative but it was faint. Idk keep me in ur prayers please.

I don’t know if this is accurate, a lot of reputable websites like Mayo Clinic, Web MD, will say single use stays in your system for 1-3 days and if you smoke 3-4 times a week it will stay in your system for 5-7 days
it really does depend on all the factors at play like i could fail one if i started really burning fat and got tested at the wrong time being clean for well over 10 months but ive passed many tests 3-5 days after smoking being overweight and fairly sedentary it could be the fact my natural ph is out of wack tho but some places testing cut off is 500ng/ml. side note the mayo clinic and web md are mmm shaky at best. the best advice is get some home tests and wait till you have a week or two off and see how your body specifically works (i'm not a doc sorry i made my account when i was young thought it was cool)

That's crazy ... you and I are similar... I'm a 53 yr old female, 5'4 and 150lbs. I was using an edible before bed on a daily basis for months. I need to test for a job so I quit cold turkey a week ago. I'm pretty angry about it because I need the thc to sleep, and now i'm all wound up. Anyway, I bought "explora" brand highly sensitive test strips off amazon, and i'm getting a clean test after only one week of being off edibles. Does this even sound right??

Yes, they work pretty well. A positive will 100% be positive in a lab, but a negative will definitely be negative if you wait an extra week or so.

Now I do drink a tremendous amount of water daily
But it’s only when you smoke heave the thc gets in your body fat if you smoke once a week there’s not enough to get stored in the fat and your liver and kidney process through it relatively fast especially when you lift weights balls to the wall every day do cardio and eat healthy fats

Did you say you smoke once/twice a month? Dude… A gallon of water a day for 7 days should be fine. If you want to do a little more than water, drink cranberry juice. Not oceanspray cranberry juice or off brand. Drink “Just Cranberry” juice (organic) by R.W Knudsen, or Lakewood’s “Pure Cranberry” juice. You’ll be fine. Add cardio to your workouts. Goal is to sweat. Doesn’t have to be intense, but during my detox I did intense cardio. I added acv to my water occasionally too. I was clean in 14 days. Really 13. But we’ll call it 2 weeks just bc. I used to smoke everyday, and 3-4x a day when I was w/ my gf. But divide that b/c we passed the blunt, so i was consuming half a blunt each time. I’m going to be truthful and add. Even though I smoke everyday, 1. My blunts were never big. Probably .5-1 gram a blunt and I’d also smoke it in portions throughout the day sometimes. At my heaviest time, I’d probably smoke 2 grams a day. So never much. Not the type to do 3 grams in a blunt everyday multiple times a day. Won’t lie, it’s been times where we’d do stuff like that though, but all in all I wasn’t that bad. Hope this helps. P.s @13 days my secondary line was faint. Still very visible, but faint if that makes sense. Now 25 days in, it’s definitely darker, and I’m definitely negative. If I could add pictures I would. Hope this helps!
Also, I did the certo method one day to see if it works. Somewhere in between my 7-13th day of detoxing. In case I couldn’t get clean in time for UA. (It definitely works) I was positive the day before, but the day I did the certo method my test was negative. Line was as dark as it is now 25 days in, NO CERTO since then. Thought I’d add that piece of information in case the certo “sped up” my detox process. Trying to be as detailed as possible. Also, when I say I was positive the day before taking certo, my test had what could be called a “ghost line” / secondary line was starting to form. I still counted that as positive though. Bc w/ the certo, the secondary line was actually dark and visible. That should be all. I’m preparing for UA / Hair follicle test, so I’ve got ways to go. I got UA down, about 60 more days to go for hair 🤦🏿♂️.

I've read various websites like web md and Cleveland clinic that say different times for light users.Likr 3-5.days for active fit active folks. I ate two small edibles in one day and was tested 15 days later fairly active like the laundry guy hahaha. I tested last Wednesday amd haven't heard yet. It's been 3 business days!! Back in 2019 I passed a test after only stopping for 18 days back then I was vaping thc heavly 3 days a week and I passed that urine test.
I've known of non users who were on a 7 day smoking binge and passed a urine test after not using for 2 weeks.
