This is an interesting song. But the song of Portugal is this year without shadow of doubt my favorite! I'm completely in love with her. The song of Portugal is unique and timeless. And as the 2009 ESC winner Alexander Rybak said (it's a song sung with true HEART, it's a song that stirs our FEELINGS is pure magic). This year I have many hopes that Portugal will pass to the Final of ESC 2017, and if I pass I have a lot of faith in a good result. But regardless of what might happen, the magnificent Portuguese song will be forever engraved in my memory and in my heart.

So over the moon Claudia Faniello won, after 9 attempts, 11 songs and 12 years she finally won Malta Eurosong and is going to ESC! it was a very long national final last night but I enjoyed the show and was worth it. "Breathlessly" is beautiful, emotional, magical and very jury-friendly, was my favorite in the selection since all 16 songs were released 2 months ago and said it will win but most eurofans didn't listen to me and were hyping up Brooke. Janice was also very good with "Kewkba" and would've made a solid winner too but Claudia deserved it and they saved the best for last! she blew everyone away in the hall, all these people who say the song is boring and worried of more ballads in this year's contest... ffs get a grip people! I bet most of you didn't grow up listening to adult contemporary music and many kinds of ballads which aren't really popular anymore cause of most crap that's invaded the charts in recent years. using the excuse of Malta sending Claudia Faniello cause they got tired of her so she'd finally stop participating is invalid cause if so why didn't she win with "Pure" or "When It's Time" in her last 2 appearances in 2012+3? I missed her so much past 3 years, patience is a virtue and I can't wait to see Claudia slay in Kyiv and do better than most ESC fans think she will. Best of luck from UK xxx

Cherise 12th is good but walk on water was amazing and was 5th to win with the bookies , therfore this dull dated ballad is a massive step down from ira. this isn't qualifying

she is so bloody talented, not just as a vocalist and performer but also as a songwriter. Her songs "Miles Away" and "You Said" last year (which was released out of MESC) were so good it's disappointing to see her sing a song like this. She should represent Malta with a self penned song instead and be more herself.
Claudia is a very good Singer- Congrats Claudia-however I believe that putting away with professional judges in the field was a risky measure- As far as I know when we go to Keiv, a good percentage of qualifying votes comes from a set of professional judges, I am not against televoting- the figure of say 80% of votes comes direct from the public-The show was excellent-The famous day has still to come- Malta will be a winner of the Eurovision Song Contest. .
