And Rita Ora has such an incredible voice, no need for any studio editing on her voice, and that's rare in modern music. Obviously the bits in the Chorus use it but that's part of it not anything to do with vocal pitch. If everything was smooth, they'd pump money into her publicity, music events, etc. they could in turn make money off of her very easily if they wanted. The other thing I wonder is that people often times here in the US don't like Rihanna copy cats... and some how she's been deemed as one, which may play a role in her not being too famous either. ...but I still download her music.
