Amen! Excellent video! Also suggest to always try to not hire toxic employees in the first place.

Our department's update, I kid you not, in the company update:
"[Blended Case Management is] still in need of BCMs in Cambria and Somerset County. They have recently created marketing materials for BCM, flyers, etc. and have posted them to their social media. [Department Head] has also been going to the more populated regions in Cambria and Somerset County and asking to hang flyers on store fronts or bulletin boards to help spread the word. [CEO], [IT guy] and [Department Head] are working very closely to improve the quality of the BCM program, improve retention and reduce turnover. They greatly appreciate the efforts of the BCMs and their input, which is helping them make improvements that benefit staff. "
Their plan to make improvements? Let's just say that instead of giving us a single hotplate and a toaster oven to cook Thanksgiving dinner, they're going to upgrade the toaster oven to a slightly larger model and will provide an extra saucepan.

The flier is just peachy as well. "Looking for a new job or have college credits but no degree? (We may have the perfect job for you!)"

Great teams make great products. Not great people, and not great companies.

I like where you're going...certainly great people make great products...but they do so in teams and not alone.
