Hell yeah, gotta keep spreading that Beastie Boys good energy and vibes! Do a reaction to this ;) Keep letting the people know what to check out by them, its funny like do you really want to keep seeing the overplayed singles reactions, buuuut its part of how you get into them and then discover how truly great and diverse they are.
@@paulb808 Yeah. It's always fun to see Beastie Boys reactions from first time listeners. I put ADogg onto them with a donation request for So Whatcha Want, and it looks like that's turning into something... Also, Shakashine is almost to 100 independent Beastie Boys reactions, which is cool because he really appreciates their artistry.
I know theres 3 versions maybe 4 of this song. Whats the difference n this & OG ILL. I was xpecting maybe take out IM CRACKHOUSE DOWN but they didnt. I sent out so many OG ILL i was xpecting a GOLD RECORD,lol.. I got online n 93 & mainly sold&traded BBOY VHS TAPES, BUT i also had OG ILL on my list. Its been so long since i listened to it nothing stands out as different. Im guessing its something at the end. So far theres the version they premiered on a radio show where Mike D said hes going 2set MICHALE JACKSONS HAIR ON FIRE when he sees him. Then xplains how MJ Owns most the BEATLES catalog & he denied them permission 2Sample The. Beatles Im Down. Has Any bboy fans came across what Capitol wanted as Pauls 1st single THE JERRY LEWIS? BBoys thought it sounded like a song on License&pulled it frm Pauls
It has a totally different end with Adrock not saying anything after being Gucci Down at the 3:11 mark, unlike the original song where Adrock is "im beastie down, im lucious down, in manhattan on this shit etc"
Had to check out your page after seeing you on all the same Beastie Boys reactions I've visited. I've never heard this song. Thanks for posting!
