I work 15-17 shifts a day literally ,& I work both inside freezing temperatures & hot temperatures cause I’m a bakery manager …so I will be in temperatures that will put this water proof, eye brightening concealer to the test. Yes! I love this. You will be an official product tester for sure. You are experiencing not just the long shifts but also the temperature changes. They better watch out. Because you will find out very quickly whether product claims are accurate or not! I love it.
I work 12 hours a day indoors in a controlled environment and this concealer is totally faded away by lunch even with setting spray and powder. Coverage is light and needs to be re-done at the 4 -5 hour mark

I will always have a lighter concealer and a skin tone concealer. If I’m going in with a full face I do like the brightening effect of a lighter concealer.
The consistency of this one makes me think it will mainly work for under eyes. I would not want to mess with a thin formula if I wanted to cover a blemish!
I think my all time favorite all around workhorse and most repurchased is Nars Radiant Creamy. For blemishes I do like Shape Tape. For lighter makeup days I’ll do the Kosas (pretty but maybe overrated, and odd undertones). And I also really love the Shiseido concealer but I don’t hear a lot of people talk about it!
I’ve never tried the Shiseido concealer, I’m embarrassed to say. And I hear it’s a great one. You make such a valid point. It’s almost like, if it’s a blemish day, we need to arm ourselves with different products. And what works under the eye, exactly, is not going to work for a blemish. Or even a red nose. And powder needs to come into play as well. Excellent excellent points, Jessi.

Love how we're all different. I actually classify the new KVD Concealer as extremely thin and fluid and I love it. But I am looking for a medium-full brightening concealer, Tarte Ultra Creamy is my HG. Shall see what you think! 😊

I like how it lays on your skin. It gives a natural but better look. This won't be a full glam concealer for most people, but I'm ok with that. I have 25 concealers, but tend to use my Nars Creamy most of the time. Sometimes the Tarte Ultra Creamy Shape Tape. I ordered this and it's on its way. I think I'll like that. I got the shade Sugar, which might be too light this time of year. We'll see!

You are so right about personal concealer preferences. I definitely need medium or more. I just got this a couple of days ago. The first application did nothing. When I went in the next day with color corrector and two coats, it was fine. Might be too much work for me when I have so many others that work better . . .for me! And I do prefer a little bit lighter than my skin tone, even for concealing shadows and sun spots!
Hello Rabbi! This would be WONDERFUL over color corrector but, yes, exactly, needs two coats even then. And that can be too much time when one quick application of a medium coverage would do the trick!

After having tried many but many, I am finding myself very well with the Tarte creamy concealer with a pin of Nars creamy color corrector in light underneath, since I have very dark dark circles, moreover the Tarte allows me not to use the powder to fix it since with every proven powder accentuate my fine lines. 💖
I totally hear you, Veronica. I don’t have any lines under my eyes, that I notice, unless I put powder under my eyes and then there they are!. So anytime you don’t have to powder is a win.

Dying of laughter. You’re right. Looking at all the shades and getting oatmeal. Hilarious. It’s like can I be oatmeal but with a lot of brown sugar? Like I want to be the oatmeal that your mother didn’t let you buy when you were a kid because it came in individual packets with sprinkles and she would say that you have sprinkles at home and she didn’t wanna pay for it with sprinkles in the little bag. I want to be the disallowed, the danger oatmeal.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I never got that oatmeal in packets. My mother was a "Foodie" way before it was a thing. We had a lot of homemade from scratch food growing up. But I never liked milk or soft food like oatmeal. Actually, I never liked breakfast. Still don't to this day!! Just coffee ☕
@@pinksparkle258 then it would be better to be assigned a shade of coffee. You know like all the way from some sort of millennial oat milk type thing to a dark espresso. Yes, like a coffee based concealer. I actually think that I would wear the shade that I drink. Like something sweet with a lot of creamer but not too much creamer and not too sweet, darn it! We need to make a coffee concealer line. Think about it. it comes in every shade and every skin tone.

I’ve been loving the Nars soft matte concealer so much lately. It’s the only one that creases the least on me.
I love the soft matte, i use it for so many things, when i was struggling with acne this was my holy grail concealer.
@@debbieotoole1072 I love the ease of use especially on those busy days! I just pick up the product with my ring finger and blend my under eyes around my nose eyelids any blemishes. It’s so easy to use and no brushes required!
It’s that beautiful middleweight concealer. Not too much coverage as to cake and not too little coverage that needs multiple layers.
I sort of give up for under my eye and luckily I’m not that dark but everything just looks heavy . My new thing is the pink/ peach blush hack with a little Armani concealer it just livens me up! For my face I like power fabric and nars radiant .

It looks beautiful. My skin is not the same everyday. Sometimes it’s great sometimes I look awful with makeup 🤷🏼♀️. You don’t need lots of coats of concealer. On a daily I think that one will make it for you. ❤️❤️❤️

I think Too Faced makes good concealers and I really enjoy their original concealer. I love your concealer spectrum, as it is perfect to identify preferences. I have dark circles so I prefer a thicker concealer like ShapeTape, PML, and now Huda Beauty. I find that I can cover my circles without issue with just one application swipe. If I could find a thinner texture but with full coverage, then I’d give it a whirl but they hasn’t been the case yet.

I am not asking a lot and with the advances in technology, I don’t understand why the makeup companies haven’t developed such a much needed product. I was hoping that new Dior concealer was going to do the trick but it didn’t have the right shades nor did it have the coverage plus the flaws under my eyes it revealed was eek. As a woman in her 40s I’m not expecting to look like a 20 year old and I am fortunate not to have deep set lines under my eyes but I think I was born with dark circles🤣; however, I want/need/DEMAND my concealer cover and last without making my under eyes look like the crypt keeper🤣🤣 That is what Dior did to me and I’m still mad about their betrayal with that last joke of a concealer.
@@traciewarren1070 the latest Dior was honestly crypt keeper. Like I said, it almost looked like somebody had drawn lines under my eyes with that concealer. No good. And so far, you’re right, technology has conquered a lot but it cannot make a thin stretchy concealer that also covers. No matter what everyone claims. Charlotte has a new concealer coming out soon that she says will do it but we shall see.
Hmmm I have Kaja concealer, it’s very very thin. Great shades but doesn’t cover very well. Thick concealers aren’t for my aging skin.
I might check out this one if I find the right shade. If you haven’t yet, try Clinique, they have a huge range and comfortable under the eyes.

Hey Sharon! Yes, I really enjoy Clinique concealers. They are thin but pliable. They fit my side of the concealer spectrum! haha.
I really loved Marc jacobs concealer stick idk what to use now that it’s gone my eyes are soooo dry n I have such a deep trough (at least I feel like I do)
The MJ concealer stick was a bit thicker of a product. I wonder if you'd like either the Pat McGrath or the KVD Good Apple?
I just purchased this concealer today at Sephora buttercup shade as well lol I didn't even know it launched lol I stay up to date with most things but don't branch out when it comes to concealer I got 3 faves I stick to but looking for a new one to play with and picked it up! Gotta have light coverage and be hydrating not dry lol my dry under eyes can't take dry concealer haven't used it yet but hope I like it. Bought the tarte juicy tint as well today we'll see about that one lol

When it comes to concealer I fall more in line with PM and Shape Tape however the secret for me lies in the application. I literally use the tiniest dot and work it exactly where I need it with my finger first, then go over it with my beauty blender before setting with PM powder. I have mature eyes and this works perfectly for me in terms of not enhancing fine lines etc.

Was curious about this, just received an email from Boots (UK) about this product, not sure if I'll pick it up.. I've been in love with my Elf hydrating concealer for a while now, might test it later when I've ran out of the Elf one..... Or if they have an offer 😂
Elf is really killing it at the drugstore level for sure.
I'm curious to try this because I'm looking for something to mix with my Pat McGrath Labs concealer. Not only is it too thick, but the shade match LM9 is too orange instead of neutral. I think I will buy shade buttercup and pecan as well. I have other concealers that need to be mixed as well. I find placing down the thicker/darker shade first (let it dry) and then adding a Brightening shade of a thinner concealer works for me. I have been doing the setting spray technique to set (with a sponge) and then a light layer of finishing powder (charlotte airbrush). I'm 36 and normal skin. Oily in my t-zone (especially at work wearing a mask for 12 hours!!) This has really helped me...hope it can work for whoever reads this
What a fantastic suggestion. I love it. And I can see why it would work for you entirely. I think your suggestion is especially good for those of us who really have a problem or darker undereye area Or have other areas of concern that need to be colored corrected. Your technique would really help that and bring people some much-needed confidence. I love this suggestion and thank you.

That’s the Clinique Airbrush. That and Ilia are thinner than Armani. Ohhh yes. IT is super thick. No thank you. Haha. I think you’d like the Armani Power Fabric. It’s such a good weight. But much thinner than the IT 💕

So they got rid of the radiant one everyone with mature skin loved for the newer huge bottle more matte, then brought back something that appears identical? Haven’t tried it but it makes me think they just go with whatever is trendy. I haven’t tried any of the ones you mention in the beginning. I also haven’t ever tried Flower, NYX serum, ELF or Milani, Hourglass, Huda, etc. I’m ok with thick as long as it’s not dry - like Tarte Creaseless. It’s a liquid solid in my opinion, no water at all, but I would rather use one dot than swipe and have it look dry. I don’t hear anyone talking about the L’Oréal age perfect anymore but I have to wonder if they’re similar - that’s why I really try to study ingredients.

I like this but deff more of a lighter coverage. If reminded me of the Saie. Lighter and more illumination. It won’t be a work concealer. But deff an errand running around the house.
It’s a little bit like the Saie. I totally agree. But this one covers more. The Saie Is infinitely buildable but never builds on me. This one definitely adds up after about three layers.

Hey Belinda! I Actually really like this concealer. On my little concealer spectrum I placed it even lighter than Armani and Armani is my favorite. So this is not a bad one at all. 💕
