Our fertility Dr. said that if we do second try will go for an egg donor as this is best option because of my age, Do we have to do the genetic testing and all that? I’m already 42 now, how many chances or success rate if we proceed with this suggestion? Dr. Morris , If we go through this second try of IVF, this will be our last try because to be honest it’s stressful and very expensive . I hope and pray that God will answers our long standing prayer. Any advice for me Dr.? Thanks so much , really appreciated. God bless! More power to your team.
Hi, today I had a lining check scan, day 11 of estrogen, the endometrium has a 3pattern lining, no free fluid, BUT the top of the endometrium measures 15mm and the rest 8.4mm, I have never had this before, my clinic still wants to transfer but I am very sceptical.....do you have advice? Your success rates are just excellent, If I lived in the US I would be a patient......

Hello doctor, Which day of cycle is the ET Trail done? As in which doctor puts catheter to see route to uterus. To see if route is smooth or there is any thing that can hinder actual transfer. So that there is no problem during actual transfer.

I mean i never had problem of thickness of lining but when my doctor gives me incorrect dose or rather more than required the lining remained thin which is unusual for me. Sometimes got fever too. Is there any drug which can help me but definitely safe for my unborn child? Thank you so much.
There are several forms of Erythema Nodosum. One type seems to be associated with pregnancy though whether it is due to estrogen or something else is not certain. Bed rest and compression stockings can help manage pain and other symptoms.

Good Morning, Everything looked great for me however my FET was unsuccessful. My 1st try I did a natural cycle with No estrogen. Now I'm using estrogen 2nd time around. The lining looked great without the Estrogen. What could of went wrong?
@@InfertilityTV All these tests were done..And everything showed good. But I understand about the gene mutation that you can't detect. My embryo was a grade 6 and still nothing. I'm praying it works this time round.

It is an interesting data however i found that in my case i was affected by the dose of the estrogen given to me..it means that when i took 2 2 2 estrabet my lining was matured on 10 th day of the cycle however when i was given 2 2 2 initally from 2 nd day of cycle and then it was increased to 3 3 3 my lining was matured at a later time in the cycle. I hope that you could provide some insights about the dose of estrogen too in an ivf cycle

Mine was retrieved but my husband couldn't produce sperm immediately so it was delayed for up to 7hours before it was frozen.
Eggs can be frozen before sperm is added and kept outside the body indefinitely. A fertilized egg (embryo) can be cultured in the laboratory for 5-7 days currently .

WHY don't you transfer 2 embryos if the patient wants it. Twins are great
@KS...twins are risky...
Twins are higher risk pregnancies. And if an embryo splits you could end up with triplets or more. Then you go into octomom territory

A trail transfer can be done anytime. There is no evidence, however, that trial transfers ultimately improve the chance for pregnancy

Same happened to me...during treatment my lining start shedding off..which was unusual for me...
My clinic said till 8week of pregnancy estrogen must be taken at the egg donation.is this to long?
