Wow!!! Wer denkt, man kann schon alles, der irrt sich. Super erklärt und gezeigt. Ich verwende ein etwas anderen Weg, werde aber das eine und andere von dir adaptieren. Dein Dio beeindruckt mich auch sehr. Top👍

Absolut.
Klasse Diorama:) Mutterboden ist immer noch am besten. Diesen nutze ich auch wen ich mal Zeit zum Dio bauen habe. Das mit dem Ton werde ich auch mal Testen. Bin ich bis jetzt noch nicht drauf gekommen. Meist habe ich die Pampe so auf das Styrodor geschmiert . Was aber auch nicht wirklich einfach ist....... Geiles Diorama wirkt sehr Stimmig und Dynamisch. Alles richtig gemacht :)

Nicht verwechseln, das war kein Ton, sondern einfache Modelliermasse. Die gibts oft im Bastel/Schreibwarenbereich von Geschäften zu kaufen.
Da hast du wirklich ein Kunstwerk gezaubert. Und ich gebe dir recht ein Diorama ist auf Ausstellungen immer ein Blickfang. Ich für meinen Teil kann mir hier wieder doch das ein oder andere abgucken und mal neue Wege probieren. Ich z.B lege mit dem Weathering am Fahrzeug erst los wenn ich dann weiß was aus dem Diorama wirdJetzt kann es dann ja mit der Phantom weiter gehen :-D
Danke dir :) Man kann immer was Neues lernen und was ausprobieren! Jeder hat so seine Spezialitäten, die er hier teilt und so schaue ich mir auch vieles ab und kann es auch weitergeben.
I like your work . The finish on the tank and figures is very good. The diorama is nicely done and the ICM(?) figures are great. If I was to make a critical point its that the overall effect is rather drab ; if you had finished the base in a natural red-wood colour it would have give the piece a visual "lift' without compromising on the muddy hell of the diorama. I have a Schneider to build and I hope mine is half as good as yours.
Cheers Brian! I agree i went a bit heavy with the oils on the base, so it turned a bit darker and muddy than necessary. It still makes perfectly sense that way but from a visual aspect it could have been a little bit better indeed. Afterall, this applies to every component of the diorama so i am fine with that.

I swear I could smell the lighter fluid when you were applying the wash on the ground. That is a fantastic looking little scene. Patience is always important when building a diorama. Thank you for sharing all your work with us. I do enjoy watching.

Thank you for this superb diorama! I am in the process of building the Whippet and it was fortunate that I found your build as it had given so much in the way of tips and techniques which I will definitely use when painting and weathering my model and building my diorama. It's true what you say about dioramas, I personally I'm affraid of making a diorama that looks like a 3 year old built it to put a vehicle that took me months to do. But in this video you show very well how to make a nice base, so I'll try to get my diorama game up.

You are welcome! Of course it can be hard to build a diorama when it is of enormous size and involves a ton of components like buildings and trees. But how often do we actually build stuff like that? Usually we stick to small bases, and they are not too hard to do. Give it a try :)

Thank you John! The tank is by Hobby Boss, the figures by ICM. ICM in general makes some pretty lovely figures lately.

Nein, ich bin nicht vom Planeten gefallen, aber wir konnten erst gestern die Raumtrockner abschalten. Sechs Wochen haben die Dinger mit ihrem Lärm genervt und mir fast sämtliche Motivation in Bezug auf Videos geraubt! Ich teile Deine Ansicht zu Dioramen zu 100%. Auch die Begründung zum Bau von Dioramen unterstütze ich völlig. Diese Woche lief auf ZDF Info übrigens eine vierteilige Doku - Panzer! - und im ersten Teil (1. Weltkrieg) wurde der Schneider auch ganz gut vorgestellt. Ein Schleifbrett benutze ich auch. So etwas sollte jeder Modellbauer haben. Und jawoll, Naturmaterialien sind das einzig Wahre! Den Plus Model Stacheldraht hatte ich auch, bin aber überhaupt nicht damit zurechtgekommen, weil ich den als sehr störrisch empfunden habe. Ich habe ihn dann verschenkt und mache seither meinen Stacheldraht selbst (in 3D), hehehe! Fazit: Der Schneider wirkt einfach realistischer mitsamt Figuren auf dem Diorama. So, und nun schaue ich mal, was Du in der Zeit noch alles veröffentlicht hast! Schönes Wochenende, Michi! :)
Ich habe schon vermutet dass du leider mit deinem Wasserschaden zu kämpfen hast! Dann hoffe ich mal, dass es bei euch daheim wieder etwas ruhiger wird in nächster Zeit.

@@HamilkarBarkasScaleModelling Unsere Nachbarin muss das noch mindestens zwei Wochen länger ertragen! Ich habe halt viel gebaut in der Zeit und das war auch nicht schlecht. Ich muss für zwölf Videos den Audiokommentar aufnehmen. Habe mir gerade die Review zum Bronco 35(t) angeschaut. So kann's gerne weitergehen. :)

Weil es dann weiter reißen kann, man möchte ja einen soliden Untergrund haben, der solchen Einflüssen nicht mehr unterworfen ist. Zumindest stelle ich mir das so vor :)

Dankeschön :) Ich befeuchte die Masse ein wenig mit Wasser und wickel alles in einen Gefrierbeutel. So kann man die Masse leicht ein paar Monate lagern.
