Joel, you’re such a gem of a husband, father and builder. I knew you had it in you when you did the meth house rebuild. You are just so good at this. I would like to know, how much did you save by doing all this yourself, with friends, kids, all to help with it. I’m so anxious to see the first day you’re able to just sit and relax without all the unfinished work hanging over your head. The work you’re doing is so top notch. You could do this for a living. Open your own business, train all your people, then only have to be the owner of the business. You are that good. What you’re gonna have when all your work is done It’s phenomenal. I’m so proud of all of you, the work you’ve done unmercifully, even when it’s freezing cold outside, your whole family has so much to be proud of. When 20 years from now when you are still living in this beautiful home, and all the kids bring their spouses for Christmas, and they can show their spouses what they did to help build that house, it’s amazing. What an amazing family you all are.

Let's address the elephant in the room, desperately needed ground cover. It must be unbearable everyone dragging in mud along with equipment and vehicles getting stuck.
