Many people compare their song with "Tatu", but the similarity with them is only in the arrangement. The content of the song is actually the mood of all Ukrainians, it conveys all the pain we feel. And actually I want them to represent my country at Eurovision!

I agree with you on the comparison part. I believe what you say about how Ukrainians feel a 100%, and that was how I recieved this song as well, exptremely powerful and potent song I have fallen in love with from the pure realness of it. I hope they win!

Their scream can describe the pain of a person who loses a loved one (for example, a soldier who lost a friend in the war), they will EAT live

They are incredible!! Their entire content mirrors the emotions of the majority of Ukrainians - on the edge. Totaly will vote for them. I recommend listening to their other tracks, for example, VESNIANKA - I'm just can't hold back the tears after it
PS The fact that the vocalist is currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and despite this continues to make music, recording parts in a bunker in a closet with a phone recorder, just blows my mind...
“And your cold hugs, tear apart my soul” and after his scream “and I’m laying in glass under an attack, feeling breath of pain on my forehead (his make up on a picture makes sense), and I’m laying in glass under attack, seeing your back farther” it’s the part of the song when I get emotional.
Maybe for foreigners this song in Ukrainian sounds weird, chaotic, intense, but for people who understand the lyrics-this song stands out among other Vidbir participants.

It definitively caught me off-guard, but that isn't a bad Thing. It makes you uncomfortable and does a great Job at conveying a rough Meaning of the Song even if you don't understand a Word. I think it would be understood, the real Question is how it would have performed in the ESC (even through that probably wasn't their Main Concern when making the Song). I would guess it would have gone the "Eaea"-Route where you have an exceptionally well-made-Song underperform simply because of how outlandish it sounds.

I find the early part of the song has some Crystal Castle vibes. This song is not for everyone, it will not qualify but I love it. This is the kind of song that makes following the national selections worth it.

I think it would be better to not compare this song to t.a.t.u band. Yes, the voice is a little bit similar to their songs especially at the chorus, but take a look at the couplets, it is a very melodic and authentic
