I would agree that sanremo has a different feel, like a different quality feel. However song wise there's only usually a few I like as a lot of them sound the same to me....if it's based on song quality I would have to go 1. 🇳🇴 Mgp ( so far I've always found the variety incredible, I hope ulvehams result doesn't put folk bands off because those are my favorite ) 2. 🇸🇪 Melodifestivalen (although they usually choose 1 of my least favorites) 3. 🇵🇹 Festival da cancao ( love the laid back vibe and the more traditional fado music, then they usually choose a pretty nice ballad too ) 4. 🇪🇸 Benidorm fest ( usually nice variety again and traditional music too, capturing a mix of Mgp and festival da cancao but maybe in a weaker way ) 5. 🇷🇸 Pesma ( I was pleasantly surprised with this year's selection! Just disappointed with the final choice as I think zorja would've finished in the top 5 at Eurovision 6. 🇫🇮 Umk ( this year I only really liked paskana and dancing with demon's but I liked them A LOT, probably the decision I'm most mad about through the whole nf season) 7. 🇱🇺 Luxembourg song contest (I actually loved 90% of the songs from the selection this year, however they all felt safe apart from kricks...so they were nice but with little effort put into them) 8. 🇪🇪 Eesti laul ( for me a bit of a similar situation to festival da cancao, usually my favorite songs are the forgettable ballads that are near the bottom and I think that's because of the lovely language, they both have lovely languages and I just want a good melodic song to show it off 9. 🇺🇦 Vidbir ( I only liked a few of the songs this year but they always seem to make a good choice ) 10. 🇭🇷 Dora ( a nice blend of genres again but a slightly weaker selection, I would like to see something that sounds very Croatian)

I so agree with the top 2, and I’m Norwegian as well. But something about the variety Melodi Grand Prix brings is truly outstanding to me, like this year we got everything from country, metal, rock, euro dance, pop, disco… like there’s so many things and every new national final feels like opening a mystery box. When it comes to Italy’s national finals, I just overall love their quality and the Italian language. It’s just so captivating and beautiful to me, and this year there were so many artists I would love to see in the finals! I think Angelina Mango was a very good option, but there were so many amazing contenders like Annalisa and Mahmood for example! Absolutely banger songs (: thank you so much for your video, I enjoyed it a lot!

That was good! I don't even rank San Remo as a NF since it is unique and the others can just dream of the quality it has.
