Awesome list! What I love about the Japanese fashion scene is how all the designers have really good relationships with one another, which makes their collaborations feel very genuine.

Yeah great video but I agree here... I'd also add that pictures are too small for people watching the video on their phone :/ you have a lot of space left to make them bigger and they are the very important in your theme

The problem with the B-angle is the composition I think. There should always be enough air in the diriction the person is looking. I would keep it symetrical when you are looking in the camere, and keep the rule of thirds in mind the B shot. :)

Nikiro Nakatsu is one that really influenced my style in the past years. Orslow as a company has really been such a strong force even here in the west.

Good channel. Much need but I’m not sure I’ve heard you mention brands like Julius, The Viridi-Anne or Attachment. These are the brands that helped put Japan back on the map in the States.

How about Yuichi Kuroda of Lad Musician?
I used to be a large Lad Musician collector (not so much since 2016 onward) and know quite a lot about the brand/designer; I saw the previous video and was happily surprised to see you cover it but Kuroda-san's visions of design and music are also pretty interesting.
My man, I am a big fan, and I'll always appreciate the knowledge! Although, I got to say that the side angle's not working. It feels disconnected.

Not related to this video, but I just wanted to know your thoughts on the shoes Jordan brand previewed in LA, I thought the astronaut inspiration was a good one, even though I wasn’t crazy about the 33 itself, but I thought Jordan apex utility was more interesting as they went with a translucent material on the upper, and a techwear inspired design. These are things we wouldn’t normally expect from Jordan brand and I’m interested to know your thoughts. Is it a good move? Or should they leave those ideas to Nike / acg, and stick to more of the classics?

Does anyone know of any good quality and decent priced clothing stores? I want to build a wardrobe that will last but i have no idea where to shop for these pieces.
secondhand stuff: Grailed, Buyee, Rakuten, Ebay, Facebook groups and Uniqlo. Half of my wardrobe is Japanse brands with pretty steep price points but half of it is also second hand.

then, you should be ashamed of yourself for these mispronunciations given you are a "degreed professional". i am japanese, grew up in tokyo and have worked for CDG and Junya (corporately) for over 12 years - both internationally and domestic.

That's why is a difference between looking douchy and sounding douchy, but at the end of the day the guy has his own youtube show and i don't, but in my opinion the chanel would benefit with a better and more charismatic host...just my opinion.
