The opening of this video shows you with a big smile, which I had never seen before; it is beautiful; you are such a kind, good person with spiritual values intact and in action.
Thank you for your love for and concern about all animals; it warms the heart.

Anyone who's considered cold showers but thinks it sounds unbearable, here's my experience: The first day was the worst. The moment the cold water hits you're sent into a shock. I didn't know what to do, I was flailing like crazy and it was kind of miserable. I did the opposite of what Andrew does. Start on hot, last minute cold. Getting out of that cold water and into my towel was almost euphoric. Definitely felt instantly more awake. I've been doing it most days since then (sorry, sometimes I'm already awake and just want a nice shower) but try to get at least 4-5 times a week. It's been a month. At this point standing in the cold water isn't pleasant but it's significantly more manageable. Still get hit with the shock, but rather than having to compensate for it with wild movements, I'm much more comfortable staying still and regulating my breath. It's not been some kind of miracle drug, but it certainly is a little boost to start the day, as well as good - safe practice for calming your mind under pressure.
