I honestly only watched it because of the CN voice actor of Lu Guang, just finished the 2 seasons and currently watching the chibi one, its been a while since I got really hooked to a series. Plot wise its really good, tho I still have a lot of questions lol really looking forward to it
I'll be honest, this was why I started watching Link Click. I heard good things about it, so this managed to pull me in. (COUGH binge watching S1+S2 in one go)
I did that and sobbed for like 6 episodes straight season 1 is BRUTAL while season 2 was like “oh things can always get worse” I cant believe people have been on that cliffhanger for over a year now id lose my mind. I never had to force myself to take breaks between episodes before (besides watching bojack horseman)
So freaking hype, i just opened youtube for the first time in a dew days and then I'm met, with ORV anime adaptation announcement, Natsume book of friends new season, Witch hat atelier trailer, Blue exorcist, and now this 😭
The reason why Link Click isn't popular and well-known is its made in China and poor marketing strategy. If this was made in Japan with a prolific marketing site using good animation studio, it could become very good anime. Because the story and plot is that good but sadly, it will remain unpopular and people won't talk about it.
I understand that this season will be a prequel to everything seen so far and that it will practically narrate the beginning of everything. I don't think that's bad, and considering the background, I have no doubt that the studio will once again surpass the previous seasons with this new one, but even so, I can't be the only one who would like the story to continue from where it left off, and that we could learn more about the vision of Lu Guang's past and also find out what happened with Li Tianchen after losing Xixi
Ive heard season 3 is coming in mid 2025 which will pick up from where season 2 left us. So while I agree, Its nice to have a shorter prequel season while we wait for the main event.
