I find myself in the same situation, this may or may not relate to you but I was recently told to look up Aphantasia, it could be a reason why you visualising is difficult. This helped me, it isn't a permanent issue and can be resolved if this is something you have as well.
I found this really helpful . I haven’t done this ritual for years. O first came across is IR’s rituals of the golden dawn . I don’t know about pronunciation. I can’t say for certain it’s even essential. Your creative visual cues were awesome and cues for breathing were awesome too. I feel better. That’s a really good re-introduction for me into these simple but essential rituals . Just got clean off opioids , this has helped :) thanks

I recently found your channel and I love it, It's reignited my desire to incorporate these rituals into my day to day routine. I hope you consider doing more rituals as these are very helpful for those wishing to get outta the armchair and into the circle. People like you and Denis Poisson have helped me to worry less about perfection and focus more on doing the work and seeing what feels right. With that being said I do have a few questions.
What do you think of middle pillar rituals where you visualize the energy circulating around your Body? Have you ever experimented doing this and would you ever consider doing a "advanced" version talking people through this? So many people seem to believe this is a huge aspect of the middle pillar and I know I'm gonna work it into mine as some point when I've memorized the ritual better.
Also, what do you think of doing videos for rituals outside of the standard golden dawn ones. I'm thinking of experimenting with the Headless rite eventually (I can't recall the name of the GD version but I'm pretty sure there is one) and I'd love to see you do a video on it.

I like to do box breathing(4x4) between each god name and the quick fire breath(inhale four, exhale after two.) For circulating the body of light.
AMAZING! First time performing this ritual. It was like my body was getting shocked in a good way. My body shook and uncontrollably muscles tightened in my abs. This carried on for 10 minutes after the ritual. It was amazing in a good way. Does anyone have any idea what this is about?
The shaking and trembling is the body's way of relieving itself of pent up energy, tension, and blockages. It should lessen and maybe subside after a few weeks. Don't worry, the body, brain, and nervous system is just tuning itself up. Hope this helps. Peace.

Thank you for making this. What throws me is that the colours seem to vary from guide to guide. Sometimes its Perl Grey for the throat, other times its Lavender. Does this have a reason or are practices all a little different depending on the guide? Thanks again.

Regular and consistent practice is what is important. That's what brings you inner transformation and the ability to manifest will.

you realize your pronunciation is incorrect for every sephirot which goes against kabbalah, it is like saying your name completely wrong, i suggest you revise the pronoucition so that people who learn it from you are on a correct path
Magick isn't about pronunciation or orders it's about knowing. To know and to do changes the universe
Any linguist will tell you there is no one correct way to pronounce any language, and when it comes to historical languages there is no certainty as to even the most common pronunciation, and there is always differences in dialect. I refer you to the Religion for Breakfast video on how Hebrews would have pronounced Jesus' name.
