my two cents, because i can: i think that instead of trying to stack as many rituals as one can in one day, especially before one is ready, the beginner should focus on the LRP exclusively. both the invoking and banishing forms, with special attention paid to the Qabalistic Cross , which is a VERY powerful rite unto and all by itself. (think: sticking your finger into the cosmic light socket..the QC is its own stand alone rite. The LRP is incomplete without it.) Learn and study and practice practice practice! ALL the nuances: the meanings of all the gestures, verbalizations, visualizations and the Divine Forces being Invoked and how all the levels of your whole entire being are being activated, from the spiritual to the mental to the astral to the etheric and material/physical before moving on and learning ANY other rituals. contemplate Deeply the significance of every single portion of the ritual. The LRP with the included QC is FOUNDATIONAL. 'Make Haste Slowly!' and 'Enflame thyself with Prayer!'

Me too! I practiced wicca a bit when I was younger but couldn't get with worshiping nature. I figured nature worships me and I'm here to take care of the earth. When they tell you it's wrong they leave out the part about the 3 Magi being the first ones to visit baby Jesus and using the stars no less! Hi, I come from what you say about the traditional university path for "just a few professions", have been a professor and psychoanalyst. I didn't realise I was a witch as it wasn't in my culture. I always looked far beyond when people focused on the "scientific" material world, and I'm glad that I now discovered this path. The majority of the population has a defence mechanism that they want to ignore magick: They don't want to think that their efforts are wasted because they didn't use what appears too good to be true. I'm going to be a neurologist researcher (finished my med school now), hope to look into the spiritual world. I'm not going to be stopped by what appears "unscientific", but I just want to say that my medical background is useful in looking at it from a different angle. Sadly, there are very few, if any, who can build a bridge between science and spirituality.
I came across your channel in a way that I can only describe as "fate", I have been contemplating forms of esoteric knowledge in my "mind" and singularities occur regularly, fleeting thoughts become huge awakenings, like a magnet draws in iron, it seems that my essence is drawing what I seek within, You have a calming vibration in your voice and a rhythm of speech that is familiar yet foreign, something about this is comforting. You will succeed at this. If you ever feel "burnt out" DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED. You will experience abundance in "your" future.

I only just found this channel, so I may not have the whole picture about who this channel is focused toward, but from someone who has been an active member of a Mystery School, some of these rituals should not be used by beginners or people who just like to dabble in magick. Many of the Golden Dawn rituals are part of a spiritual alchemy system and not supposed to be jumped into without a firm basis of practice and knowledge. If you try to perform some of these rituals before balancing the elements of your personality, you may start to have some negative results... hence people saying that they are getting angry from using the Hexagram ritual. If you are a beginner, or a dabbler only use the LBRP morning and night for at least 6 months. Then add on the LIRP in the morning and LBRP at night. You will then want to start working your way thought the elements. If you want more info I highly recommend Neven Paar's The Magus: Kundalini and the Golden Dawn. Peace be unto you all.

I'm just about at the point to begin the hexagram work myself, and thank you I'll make sure to balance the emotions and elements before and after with inner work. I am already an extremely emotional person.
Thankfully I have a sort of dule practice and have been doing inner alchemy for more then a decade, so if I take my time I can re-calibrate the elements nicely.

The background is beautiful I can look at other people's symbols all day long I have also been fascinated with magic ever since I was a child the only problem that I have is that I'm legally blind and that is my relating question that I have for you what would you say to somebody that wanted to practice magic or get back into doing magic that is legally blind I suffer with a lot of self-doubt as I'm pretty sure a lot of magicians do it's just more complicated for me because I've been legally blind my entire life and what that means for people that don't understand is that there is no surgical procedure or corrective glasses that will ever help my vision improve I have cataracts and glaucoma my phone reads everything to me and I speak everything into text
Hi, just found your channel and have to say it’s inspiring. I don’t have much time in the day but I hope now to find a little routine after seeing your video.
I have so many questions as a beginner practitioner but I think the most important one for me is about the names called in lbrp. My childhood (so long ago now) was brainwashing me with Christian concepts and so I turned joyfully to pagan ways. When I try to do lbrp I just can’t bring myself to visualise or really want to invoke those names but from the Sumerian ancients or Egypt or Norse sides I am more relaxed to. Therefore would it make a difference which pantheon I follow when drawing my circles?
Lastly, death has always been the main fear for me. By doing these rituals I hope it allows me to still know myself outside of my physical body.
The only thing that causes problems or a #karmic #backlash is #FEAR ☆ 🎩

Attacks on your emotions happen through the third Eye. Which is your receiver. Visualizing the "helm of awe" inside your third eye, will block the attack.
Demons often attack this way. They first change their own feeling into sadness or anger, where after they link it to your pinael gland.
I want to believe this stuff because intellectually it makes sense on how all the religions appear connected in some form. My only hang up is when I practice these rituals, I feel really silly spending part of my precious little time mumbling sounds and waving my hands around when I'm not even sure what they're supposed to accomplish.

Why aren’t we first talking about invoking your guardians, the silver cord, etc? These are your first and only defenses and need to be understood.
The purest rites are always found in indigenous practices, and those always emphasize the importance of strengthening your defenses (starting with invoking your ancestors, who are just another term for guardians).
I deplore the Western tradition for its absence of these important rites and the LBP is just one of those, albeit important and better than nothing regarding protection, sanitized, unemotional, disconnected daily prattle that never connects to you energetically.

Is LIRP good for complete beginners?
I've been doing ceremonial magick for 1 month (maybe 2, but I doubt it) but I'm doing only LBRP (alongside MP and QC), but I've read somewhere that you should wait with the LIRP for like 6 months before doing it.
I think Regardie said it himself. That you should wait for 6 months doing only LBRP before going onto LIRP. I personally think nothing bad can happen, but I want to hear your opinion on this.
Also, in other words, what if I just started your whole routine as a beginner? What would actually happen?

I think I speak for many when I say that there is so much confusion about how one's diet affects your magick practices. Can magick work successfully if your diet consists predominantly of meat? Or, is your belief around it more important?

What happens if I do invoking in the evening? Is it Bad? Because I did it some times and some "Bad" things are happening to me.
It's newest to play with these things before you understand them.... I'm not sure what the right remedy would be.... I would probably begin with saging, asking for protection, guidance and forgiveness....🤷♀️

Great video, from my experience I agree on both parts.
I think we are here to learn mastery through the awareness of polarity.
These rituals a tools that amplify those influences making it difficult to miss.
Once you understand the energy behind or corresponding to these energies and can invoke at will the energy can be transmuted and manifest or put to task.
I personally had a very balancing effect from doing liber resh as a daily ritual, do you have any experience with this, I would love to hear your thoughts.

This reminds me to ask. You have a few guided rituals where you show a triangle on how to breath. However when I do this with my eyes closed I can’t see it, can you maybe include an audible rhythm for that. It doesn’t have to be loud, just noticeable

What type of practiced would you recommend for someone who does not believe in the Bible or any other religious doctrine. Does all magick reference angels and demons or the Abrahamic religions?
I have always been fascinated with the magic ever since I was a young child and I could never explain why. I consider my.
Self a chaos magician. I deeply believe that everything happens for a reason. And what that being said, I was born premature and the doctors had to save my life, causing a detached retina, which made me become legally blind. Meaning that at 31 years old I cannot drive a car and there is no procedures that can fix my eyesight. Not even glasses help. I have both cataracts and glaucoma. With that being said, I would like to ask anyone that is loving enough and willing to help me. I am trying to receive messages through the universe through synchronistities. Even if it is by other people's words but what my question is, is there? As someone who is blind and a very spiritual person. Not necessarily religious, but deeply influenced by the curiosities. And wonders of the universe and are inner magic. What type of magic? Would you suggest for a blind person and why? What types of practices would you suggest? I could practice ceremonial magic, but it would be hard for me to do it by myself. And a blind man Playing With Fire doesn't necessarily seem like a good idea. Obviously I can take precautions, but I have always been deeply fascinated by magic and I don't just want to listen to audio books about it. I am a cap.

My entire life I have dealt with anxiety and depression and even though I have had results with natural magic, I seem to always experience self-doubt and some days. I feel like my magic isn't going to work at all or that I'm still questioning. My purpose in life. Can anybody please help me with any suggestions on what they would do?

Unrelated to magick, you mentioned anxiety and depression....most of us humans are deficient in magnesium....symptoms of magnesium deficiency include anxiety and depression....magnesium threonate crosses the blood/brain barrier and specifically targets neurological issues. It has been a life changer for me and my friends have also benefited from taking it.

I think getting into high magick is hard after you've already been into magick.
I do magick out of the Gallery of Magick books. I learned them at the same time as I self initiated into the Goldn Dawn.
The problem is the Gallery of magick doesn't really go into theory they just tell you to do the magick amd see of it works, and it does. The golden dawn doesn't really tell you what everything does either but theres more resources to tell you.

Foolish Fish has a series of videos discussing the LBRP and points out several potential blinds in the method.
A specific one I'm quite curious to know your thoughts on is the drawing direction of the circle and shapes in these rituals.
Before I ask the question, I'll start by giving some necessary context to the question.
In your video on the LBRH, you show the banishing direction of all the hexagram shapes to be counter-clockwise and those for the LIRH to be clockwise.
Similarly, Foolish Fish suggests, with regards to the LBRP, that the direction associated with banishing, originally called widdershins, is counter-clockwise whilst the direction for invocation, originally called deosil, is clockwise. With this he concludes that it makes more sense to draw the pentagrams in the LBRP ccw and the pentagrams in the LIRP cw.
Similarly, the circle that surrounds the practitioner, drawn as part of these rituals, also has a direction.
Wouldn't it make more practical sense to draw this circle ccw for banishing rituals and cw for invoking rituals, i.e moving from East through North as opposed to East through South for banishing rituals, and East through South for invoking rituals?
I don't believe that if you do a ritual wrong, that will bring bad karma. If the intent is pure and done in love that it's fine. Now, I am talking about beginning rituals

I tried to do my own magik a couple times had the complete opposite effect. I know why now cause i didnt actually think it through while i was doing it. But it made sense why it didnt work, or rather it it did work but not the why i pictured it iny head 😂
