    Fun video, and proper Mongolian improvisation (using pan for kneading, water bottle for rolling, hahaha!). Next time try some vegan Mongolian style buuz. Meatless buuz is amazing, and so fun to experiment with. We eat different buuz every week.

      I’ve actually made vegan buuz before for family and friends! I put some chopped up veggies instead of the meat 👍🏼 buuz is the best 🥟 thanks so much for watching and commenting too 😊

    I studied at university in Mongolia. As a Turkish, I was really cold. I used to eat a lot of buuz during my stay there and now I realized that I miss buuz food. I will make it now, I hope it will be delicious

    Ok so, I've been researching a lot about Buuz and I found this video. I loved that her name is Kavita, I had never heard that name, yours is also very different and beautiful. Thanks for the recipe, I will make it🙏🏻 (I loved the improvisation with the bottle, since where I live they don't have that kind of wood for sale...)

      You can slighlty flatten them and fry with a bit of oil for like gyozas. Thanks so much for trying!

    No she’s right, it’s REST. It’s only “rise” if you’re putting yeast in it.

  • @victorbernabei5641
    @victorbernabei5641 3 года назад +1

    Rest: when you are trying to get the water to evenly distributed
    Rise: when you are seeking to let yeast produce CO2 or let dough expand

    When i make dumplings,every single one becomes a new design😁
    And that's with their own signature pattern which makes them very unique.Because i cant recreate them ever again🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
