Hi im a mongolian that tsuivan means completly different we make it more easy and nice and you chopping very wide and it looks different but this mongolian traditional food is amazing taste every mongolian people can do this food but well done you tryed our food thank you 👏👍
I love this video. I'm from Mongolia but I've never actually seen anyone make the noodles like this. Everyone kind of makes them their way. Gonna try it next time I make vegan tsuivan. Have you heard of mongolian dumpling tea?
All things considered, I am doing well. I have enough food reserves to get by for a while. I don't know how many friends or contacts you have here in California, but the entire state is practically on lockdown. Parks, beaches, schools, everything is closed. No baseball in USA right now. Grocery stores are open, but you stand in line to go in. I'd like to leave the house, but I don't want to go to the store 😅 Fortunately for me, there is an Indian store that sells a lot of rice and dal. I've been exercising, eating dal, and I lost weight! 😅 Need to find the silver linings in otherwise non-ideal situations. Is your ear getting any better?
Good attempt to replicate but sorry to disappoint you. That will and can never be called tsuivan. It may look similar but taste won't be same. Even vegan tsuivans i ate before don't look like that. First big mistake was adding cabbage to it. That vegetable is shunned upon when it comes to this dish by most. Also noodle is more so steamed than stir fried. So it is really not stir fried dish. Also end result is a complete package rather than something requiring seasoning to the taste. Try watching several videos on tsuivan by a channel called ARTGER. Now that is the place to find most authentic methods to make this dish. It truly is indeed the most popular and commonly cooked dish in Mongolia without doubt.
cabbage gets usually make tsuivan lame. without meat tsuivan is not tsuivan. and should use water instead of sause. also do not stir after putting noodles, place them by spreading through pot. 2-3 min was so short that i can’t believe weggies and noodles are cooked. key to make tasty tsuivan is to use generous amount of meat
Clever noodle shortcut. One more arrow in my arsenal of cooking techniques. Thank you.
What an unusual procedure . . . The finished stir fry looks hearty and fortifying. TFP : )

Tortilla flour dough. Mongolia meets Mexico and East Meets Kitchen.
Long time fan of the channel. This looks great and you're slowly converting me to veganism.
