Well from my understanding it’s Falcon because Kentaro was a fan of the millennium falcon and the Japanese word translated to both hawk and falcon. Since hawk is used for both english dubbed anime’s in the golden age arc that’s when I personally call it Band of the Hawk and after Femto rebirths the band that’s when I call it band of the Falcon.
With the last chapter, I believe it links back to godo warnings about the cracks forming. Griffith made it very clear that guts has a long way still to harm a god hand.

This is a masterpiece of a video, The editting, the narration, My homie called me guts when I was a teenager because of a childhood traumatic background. Years later in my late 30's I came across Berserk and was moved to tears. Because unlike the fiction of the manga, I was actually the real life individual who experienced the same trauma, like so many other people, Islam is the only religion that makes sense on many levels, me coming from jew and christian background, got violated by a christian bisexual scumbag, Violated by my male and female cousins,Violated by my moms former prostitute, It was like my innocence attracted these sick people, when looking back at those times. Still hardly don't trust alot of fellow humanbeings. I could have turned into a full fledged monster. And everytime sucide would be on da table when I was going towards da dark side. I still get chills as 44 year old , when ever I get a flashback. I thank Allah/God for islam and that mercy which includes love is more powerful than rage. God bless everyone.
