    I'm with Grigor, De Minaur and Khachanov in that I'd prefer a serve like Nick or Roger's. They're less dependent on height (though Nick is tall, obviously) and they give a tremendous amount of freedom with their placement. Also, their disguise on the ball toss is out of this world.

      not sure why anyone would pick Federer's serve when they could just pick the guy after whom Federer modeled his own serve. In other words, Sampras; same height as Fed, disguise and placement AT LEAST as good, more spin and pace with the addition of not crumbling under pressure.

    Roger's "class" might not be a physical shot, but the way he carries himself gives him a mental edge over younger players who are new to big stages (not to mention lucrative endorsement deals). Also, his shots may have lost their effectiveness due to his age, but they damn well are still the classiest looking.

      @@doublecheese2371 that's not really a feature unique to Federer, although for some reason it gets hyped up that way a lot. Elite servers can hit different spins & different placements from the same ball toss. Maybe the best example of this is Sampras, who had everything Fed's serve has, but with more pace and spin. Fed modelled his own serve after his.

      Sampras had the greatest serve of all time. There were bigger servers than him in his time (Ivanisevic, Rusedski), but the difference was his serve was clutch in the most important matchwinning moments and he won so many grand slams with it.

    As a fan of tennis, I personally would add Kyrgios to that list as well.

    To say you want a super tall serve bot serve is cheating.. you don't need their technique, all you need is their height. Federer is the 3rd acer of all time and he is "only" 1.85m. I'd choose his serve placement like Khachanov said. And Karen is 1.98m..
