Smart choices, would make a couple tweaks though "IMHO" (before the fanatics come after my life) Forehand I'd give to Rafa. Roger a very close 2nd, even Verdasco infact. Mental toughness I'd have to give to Novak due to external factors and his mind boggling upliftment in pressure points. Albeit if Novak is the benchmark at 100%, Rafa is like right behind at 95% I'd say. Rest of the tour doesn't even come close.
Fed's forehand is better on grass and hard, Rafa's on clay. So overall have to give that one to Federer as it's just more versatile and effective overall. Fed can not only deliver extreme power and spin like Nadal, but he can also manage extreme power coming at him, especially flat shots on fast surfaces, Nadal's forehand breaks down a little under those conditions. Also got to remember Nadal is a lefty which means he's naturally going to get more shots to his forehand than right handed players, so he get's to capitalise on being able to exploit his forehand slightly more often than Federer gets to which makes it seem more effective than it actually is, it's not because he is hitting better forehands, but rather he is hitting more forehands more easily - less running around to forehand required, he's just in a better position to hit it optimally more often than right handed players. Another way of putting it is that right handed players have to run around their backhand to hit a forehand more often than lefties do, so lefties are in a better position to hit a forehand slightly more often than right handed players are. - That doesn't mean their forehand is better, it just means that they get more opportunities to exploit the more powerful shot (forehand > backhand in >95% of players)
my favorite celebrations were always from Isner. He was so tall he had to pause his emotions to carefully get to his knees so that the full fall to the court didn't cause injury.

The fastest ever would be Usain Bolt at 43 kph per hour which is almost impossible. To illustrate better how quick Djokovic actually is Marca projected a 100-meter sprint and how it would go between those athletes. Bolt would finish first naturally with a time of 9,58 seconds. Mbappe would finish second with an 11-second mark. Djokovic would actually finish ahead of Haaland taking 11:05 seconds while Haaland would take 11:06 seconds. Both would finish behind NFL superjet Tyreek Hill and rugby player Jonah Lomu
@goranjovic3174 The thing is, in tennis during a point, there is a very high chance you will be doing multiple short sprints with multiple changes of direction and pace, for several hours: so, showing quickness in tennis by putting out a 100m sprint time is very very misleading. (BTW that actually makes Novak's [and by definition top pro tennis players] continuous high speed movements on-court even more impressive).
I would pick Roger for forehand, Novak for backhand Roddick for serve Nadal for passing shot Roger for slice Novak for return Roger for net Novak for toughness Nadal for anything on clay 👑
I think the fastest guy is probably De Miñaur. But speed without positioning doesn't work, same case for Monfils. That's why Meddy prefers his speed, he gets to the balls but usually positions himself well to return the shots, unlike Demon or Gael. Alcaraz himself is good at that too, but I agree Daniil is even better, because his whole game depends on it, whereas Alcaraz would get to the ball and smash it at neckbreak speed to score winners.
And now it's my turn, a random RUclips commenter. Forehand --> Del Potro's pure canon, Runner up --> Ruud's hybrid whip forehand form is a beauty (mixture of Rafael Nadal's spin and Djokovic's Stability), Honorable mention --> Kyrgios Backhand --> 2 hander goes to Djokovic, 1 hander goes to Wawrinka's pure canon Serve --> Fed. Return --> The Djok. Slice --> Dan Evans, and Me. At Net --> Fed. Touch --> Dustin "Dreddy" Brown Speed --> De Minaur, Alcaraz Flexibility --> Medvedev Mental --> Djokovic Competitiveness --> Alcaraz, Fed Celebration --> Med.
FH: Rafa or Roger BH: Wawrinka Serve: Sampras Return: Agassi or Djokovic Slice: Roger Net game: McEnroe Touch: McEnroe Speed: young Rafa Flexibility: Djokovic Mental toughness: Rafa Competitivness: Rafa or Djokovic Celebration: Idk
I think it depends sometimes. Rafa usually never concedes a point. He is feistier than Nole. Nole was mentally drained in that USO 2021 final, but I think he could have won it if he stayed fierce throughout the match the way Rafa remained in the AO 2022 final. Had Nole extended it for one more set, Daniil would have started to fatigue and feel pressure himself, and that's when Nole would have had the chance to turn it around ala AO 2022. On the other hand, Nole has shown he is mentally stronger with the audience against him than Rafa, but just by a nudge. I mean, for the first 10 FOs, the frenchies jeered at Rafa, but eventually started to turn around (the way Nole is finally doing with the USO audience). I think Nole has been tougher because he was jeered at practically everywhere for most of his career, and against almost anyone but specially against Fedal, and, despite that, he kept on winning.
Tss... It has always been said Nadal. Recently I hear many people say Novak, Novak, but to be honest I could put both but had I to pick only one I still take Nadal.
Rafa was never disqualified, never broke his racket, single cases between arguments with referees, pure concentration on every point of the game. Novak plays amazingly at the end of the match and not bothering about spectators. But Rafa is simply a complete package mentally. Novak has been disqualified from US open being favorite because of frustration. Easy answer
It's so nice listening to Meddy - always classy, but also incredibly funny in the right moments 😉

Yes finally someone who saw tennis. I Believe Novak is the best returner ever, he won a lot and he made use of that so is hard for him not to be the best in that category, but Agassi was amazing too, I remember him like a machine and always walking fast after he wins the point with his return 😂😂
loool the speed one cracks me up, his running is class

I’d prefer Daniil than Alcaraz as well, Medvedev shots better when running

Who wouldn't🤭
Danill is nature/ ❤
the MAGIC TRIO of tennis history legend (rafa novak roger) it's in the deep...
Sounds like the ultimate player. Yet somehow I get the feeling Novak would still find a way to beat him 😂
Yes, specially because of the mentality, he would break Rafa's mentajity 😂😂
@@KaiserM3Lol Rafa is mentally toughest.... Never has he given any response to booing nor has he broken any racquets despite his game being so physical.... Even ur Novak said Nadal is the toughest player mentally but his fans such as u keep wearing Joker glasses everyday 😂🤣
Mostly correct! The only things i might change: backhand 1H Wawrinka 2H Murray or Novak (instead of Thiem) , Touch: Monfils (instead of Moutet), Speed: Monfils or Hewitt in their prime (instead of Medved)
Great players are often great students of the game as well.
Would have been mad funny if he said Shelton for celebrations.
What about Alcaraz celebrations?
Its his list to choose. sheez!
Love you Meddy !!
I do it with only with the player that I know and have seen played, and I use only 1 time the player ! Hard !! 🤣

Smart choices, would make a couple tweaks though "IMHO" (before the fanatics come after my life)
Forehand I'd give to Rafa.
Im suprised he picked Kyrgios over Jack Sock for net game
I think that was an accurate and honest assessment by Medvedev.

tell us how you really feel🤡
Best second serve: "Zverev interrupts to put himself in there"
There’s just one problem with a perfect player Med picked.. Djokovic would still beat that perfect player 😀😉🤙
Nah he would lose the first time, and destroy him almost every other time
The fastest ever would be Usain Bolt at 43 kph per hour which is almost impossible.
(BTW that actually makes Novak's [and by definition top pro tennis players] continuous high speed movements on-court even more impressive).
medvedev taking his celebration and is crazy 💀
I would pick Roger for forehand,
Novak for backhand
Roddick for serve
Nadal for passing shot
Roger for slice
Novak for return
Roger for net
Novak for toughness
Nadal for anything on clay 👑
Speed, why nobody takl about monfils? He's such incredible
Love how he kind of low key roasted Steve Johnson.
Does anyone know the name of the song that plays at the end of the video?
And now it's my turn, a random RUclips commenter.
Forehand --> Del Potro's pure canon, Runner up --> Ruud's hybrid whip forehand form is a beauty (mixture of Rafael Nadal's spin and Djokovic's Stability), Honorable mention --> Kyrgios
Backhand --> 2 hander goes to Djokovic, 1 hander goes to Wawrinka's pure canon
Serve --> Fed.
Return --> The Djok.
Slice --> Dan Evans, and Me.
At Net --> Fed.
Touch --> Dustin "Dreddy" Brown
Speed --> De Minaur, Alcaraz
Flexibility --> Medvedev
Mental --> Djokovic
Competitiveness --> Alcaraz, Fed
Celebration --> Med.
FH: Rafa or Roger
BH: Wawrinka
Serve: Sampras
Return: Agassi or Djokovic
Slice: Roger
Net game: McEnroe
Touch: McEnroe
Speed: young Rafa
Flexibility: Djokovic
Mental toughness: Rafa
Competitivness: Rafa or Djokovic
Celebration: Idk
I like his choices, but I'd have to go Wawrinka for backhand, Alcaraz for touch, Nadal net game.
Mental toughness it has to be only one Novak Djokovic..
Medvedev says the truth. Everyone must agree
Forehand: Roger, Sampras, Del Potro
Backhand: Novak, Thiem, Wawrinka
Serve: Sampras, Kyrgios, Medvedev
Return: Novak, Agassi
Slice: Roger, Rafter, McEnroe
Net Game: Roger, Kyrgios, Rafter, Becker, Edberg...
Touch: Roger, Kyrgios
Speed: Alcaraz, Nadal, Monfils
Flexibility: Novak, Dimitrov, Monfils
Mental Toughness: Novak, Nadal, Sampras
Competitiveness: Novak, Nadal, Hewitt
Celebration: ? (not important)
Mental toughness is djokovic, vs crowd
The only answer that surprised me was when he picked Rafa for mental toughness. Novak Djokovic can't be beat there
Rafa was never disqualified, never broke his racket, single cases between arguments with referees, pure concentration on every point of the game. Novak plays amazingly at the end of the match and not bothering about spectators. But Rafa is simply a complete package mentally. Novak has been disqualified from US open being favorite because of frustration. Easy answer
I agree with his choices
