- Thought it'd be fun to try this fight while playing my Hikari solo run.
Turns out the fight is actually viable, even with the huge level difference.
(I had Cheat Engine turned on to disable EXP gains, Im trying to beat the whole game with as little level as possible. Thought L15 would be okay for now.)

This battle is basically "I've read your next move, choose your next move wisely, choose you next move wisely, I return your wrath t- I return your wrath twofold, I've read your next move"

Incredible fight!
I cheesed the hell out of this guy with Warrior Throne. Vengeful Blade + HP Thief with asstons of speed and evasion made it super easy.
I don't know how you managed that. I couldn't evade this dudes strikes a single time, even with a shit ton of nuts and two Sprightly Earrings equipped (whatever the plus 50 evasion accessories are called). And my Hikari was level 50 as well. My evasion must have been well over 300, probably over 400 even. I don't know what you did
@@stormcutter59 Did you use Ever evasive? (I'm not on pc I am unsure if that was the name of the passive)

Had to check the footage again, I was actually running the spear you get here for that fight.

I used Ocean lizardking 3 Ochette to cheese this fight. Not perfect evasion like Sidestep but its more than high enough where in the 1 in 15 times he does hit you it's easy to recover

The Starsplitter? Probably found it in a chest somewhere.

It's a dungeon which you can only go to if you have 1 member in your party
Lowkey i imagine some officer walked in on a man trying to steal a katana and this fight happened during at least One point in History in the World of Earth. But it probably lasted less then 2 minutes lol

how do you get to this boss?
In the Eastern Sai Sands, but you're only allowed One Character to enter the place.
Now imagine this, but you are Karma fighting Hikari as the boss who keeps spamming sidestep. Now THAT would be annoying😂
Sidestep only work on physical attack, you can just nuke him with elemental skills

use any soulstone won't miss the hit ?
Yeah, any element damage will not miss however, you can reflect the elemental damage with a certain buff I think its called "reflective veil".
Edit: Out of curiosity, I tried elemental damage on Thurston while having the steam invisibility buff. Turns out, the elemental damage missed.
I guess under special circumstances elemental damage can miss.

how could you survive a 9999 damage?
It was the "Hang Tough" support skill. It allows you to survive any hit as long as your hp is high enough.
Merchant OP, plz nerf. Have you tried merchant Osvald for easy mugging?
