A joy to 'travel" to this ancient land with you Susanna.
Thanks for the memory of my trip many years ago. Cheers-
What a tantalizing glimpse into a magical world….the art, the decoration, the sculptures…this is the origin of great design…I want to go.
Égypte ! Un pays chargé d'histoire. Le passé contemple le présent...magnifique ! Merci pour votre carte postale ❤

It is our pleasure! Thank you for being a loyal subscriber!
I went to Egypt back in the early 90’s….Pyramids, Cairo Museum…..scary place but wonderful! 💚🧡
Oh! How wonderful you saw Egypt up close, Susanna! I have been fascinated with ancient Egyptian culture since I saw the article about Tutankhamun's tomb and treasures in National Geographic. I have two framed prints of the Temple at Karnak in my Egyptian themed guest room; the originals were painted by Scottish artist David Roberts during his time in Egypt and the Holy Land in the late 1830s. If you are not familiar with his works, they are wonderful. Thank you for the excellent closeup footage of the temples and palaces, especially the charming 'starry sky'. My guest room has faux-painted walls in sand/cream, and the ceiling is blue. I will definitely watch this great little tour again. :)
How wonderful it may give further inspiration!!🙏🙏🙏
This video was so stunning! I got goosebumps! Yes I intend to visit Egypt in the very near future! Thanks so much for sharing!

Greetings from North Carolina Susanna! This postcard was so beautiful and exciting! I would have walked all over without a tour guide also. I would have been thrilled to have been there to share it with you, amazing place!
Thank you it was!!!

US State Department: July 2023 - Reconsider travel to Egypt due to terrorism...
Oh Susanna….”spontasley”!? I think the word you’re looking for is “SPONTANEOUSLY”
She of course knows the word and did say it, although it was fast, so perhaps you misunderstood
Be honest... not everything on the trip went smoothly. Filming and bringing film equipment to Egypt draws a lot of heat,
maybe it was all cell phone footage?
This was shot all on an iPhone by one person. No issues whatsoever!
No more home visits?
Of course! We release a home visit every month!
No "tour guides" just film crew and bodyguards lol .
Not true. I had one person filming me the whole time with an iPhone.
@@susannasalk7153 Ok , just that we both know walking around can be problematic for solitary "tourists" . Advocating for ladies that may want to travel alone ...
@@johngalt6525 I had no issues but I was not alone. But I didn’t have bodyguards or security.
@@susannasalk7153 Good to hear . 👍
Not safe for unaccompanied women. Be careful when there, preferably dress like locals and cover your hair to avoid harassment.
