Sarah, I have been following you for decades, even shamelessly binge watching your series. Inspired by this episode's log cabin type molding in the bunk room, I ordered fluted wood casing (the best I could do in my USA region) to drop horizontally below a combo glass mosaic and glass listello chair rail in my master bathroom. You are brilliant and greatly inspire me to try the unconventional, unexpected design details. thank you.
Another winner 🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I am constantly amazed at your creativity and the overall finished product. Personally I tend towards blues and whites and greys but I do love a nice green - and this is stunning!! I love the mossy green that you used plus the grey tones - overall it’s very pleasing to the eye and just perfection 🤌🏻. I do love à Nice sage green as well! Sarah, you are my dream designer. I love your style and your personality ☺️💚
When I was a kid... I would’ve ❤ hanging out w/ my friends in this room (I’d even hang out now as an adult). Playful and Cozy. Job very well done, as always.
Great choices Sarah! Love the colour co-ordinations you chose. I love matching my jewellery with my clothes. I know that isn't quite as complicated as doing two or three rooms that you want to co-ordinate with each other. You pay great attention to detail. No stone is left unturned. Great job!!!
That’s amazing. 🙌. Love how you use your color by taking it up and over onto the ceiling. The extra attention to the texture on your bunks and your ceiling with the rounded oval wood…👏. PS: Loving your blouse as well. So pretty.
I love all these colors and that fabulous paneling with those statement pillows especially the one that has the green it and the bathroom is awesome-I want to stay in the kids bunk room, maybe have a go at each room, lol.
I love the "almost" floating end cabinets on the bench build: just enough space to tuck in shoes underneath. Glad you didn't wallpaper the walls around the beds: lots of temptation to color on those great geometric shapes!!! Blessings
Just gorgeous! One question...any advice on how to make and change sheets on a bunk bed? My results never look as lovely as yours. 😊Love, your biggest fan
You FINALLY did it! Actually used bunk beds--I've watched you fight this for years. My only concern in this space is the mirror and how high it's hung. I'm not sure it's totally kid friendly. Are those bunks standard size? They look short. I agree kids will love those bunks and having their own space!!
The bunks fit twin mattresses. Check out the makeovers section of my website - "Tour: Slopeside Chalet", "Retro Ranch Reno: Bunk Room", and "Sarah off the Grid: Bunk Room" are just a few more projects where I've incorporated bunk beds. :-) www.sarahrichardsondesign.com/get-inspired/makeovers
You could go even smaller on a powder room by using only a toilet with an integrated sink which uses the tank water for hand washing. Always wanted to find an application for this idea.
Such a great room for kids, they’d have so much fun. Not sure I’d put such small tiles in the powder room especially with little boys, their aim is not great and the grout will end up well sorry but smelly
I'm here for all Sarah's Designs!!!

Yes Sarah....you are the Most High Queen of Leftovers!👸🎉💚

This is one of my favorites. I like the green paneling and the blue bathroom door.
So great to hear (read?) - sounds better to say "hear". LOL! In any case, thanks for leaving positive feedback - very much appreciated. :-)

Lovely designs.

I just watched this episode on Hulu tonight and what a fun space! That green is perfection! 👏
Thanks for streaming on Hulu!! You can never go wrong with green. :-)

What a fun room 💚
Thank you! 💚
Thank you. Great ideas!
You're so welcome!! Lots more videos to come! :-)
Love bunk beds : had them growing up. With springs. Would take the one tucked in the corner.
Nice!! The corner bunks are definitely cozy - like little hideaways.

It's beautiful. I am wondering how you manage to make the beds tucked inthe corner?
Where there's a will there's a way! ;-)
Sarah how do yo make those tucked away bunks?😉
It may not be easy, but it's certainly fun climbing those bunks! ;-)
I love this room! AND still a bit concerned the light fixture selected could get hot enough to cause an issue.
@@rosehughes599 Thanks for taking the time to read the comments and participate in the conversation. :-)
Thank you! LED bulbs are the way to go!
I wonder how that paneling would look on stair risers? Either solid or around the perimeter of them?
Probably really great!! :-)
How are you managing an Airbnb rental property on the other side of the Canada from where you live???
Haus Heidi is managed by www.alohawhistler.com :-)

Thankfully I didn't have to go smaller. :-) Thanks so much for watching!!

Hooks and mirrors etc seems to be hung rather high for kids.
Thanks for your feedback!
