As it is said that yoga transforms the person physically, mentally…… but my small study conducted on the resting heart rate ( RHR)of the persons of my age, 70 or more, who do yoga ritually for the past many years,and surprisingly their RHRs were not below 60 bpm, almost all having above 70 ,and intriguingly a guy was having his RHR, measured very recently ,had 81 bpm or so , and the person is practicing n teaching yoga since many years. And as per scientific revelation, the RHR of 60 or below is a healthy index of one’s cardiac health. My own RHR hovers at about 55 or so by simply doing my cardio since many years by focusing on achieving my maximum heart rate, approximately 130 bpm as per calculated for my age , 76. Stay healthy and happy.

I was looking up ways to improve immunity because I am tired of getting frequent respiratory infections. I'm tired of being sick with cold and flu and rattling cough from chest. So, came across this video of yours. I also suffer from acidity, poor digestion and constipation. Hope this practice improves my resistance and makes me disease free.
Mam ur voice itself is so soothing..m going through anxiety..and other related symptoms to it..ur voice calms me down..m working on all the remedies..slowly it's working for me..i need to work more hard..
