I built something similar for myself and a few for the club years ago but that is really neat in comparison.Love or hate it SMT is great!
Nice video. Why use BNCs? Risky un soldering those SMA sockets so close to the amp device. RG316 make a heather solution to RG58 but a very nice build.

The 2 caps are not important a 10uf and maybe a 103 , the reg was a 5v if I remember correctly, it was the correct reg for the supply to the lna board
