Thankfully these are just proposed upgrades for Indonesian PT-76s but if Indonesia does buy them and War thunder adds it, Lord have mercy.

Nope. Not supposed to have a stabilizer. It's just one of the later prototypes of the Type 63 that simply lacked a few features. Good to see it, however, it's certainly a shame that Gaijin didn't go with the more unique and earlier prototype fitted with a 76.2mm gun, derived from the ZiS-3, that was apparently autoloaded. Really stupid that they removed the PT-76 though. Just drop it down to 4.7, give it APHE stock, and boom. Not like we don't have other HEATFS slingers at, or even lower than, that BR.
Yeah, water seems to be very aggressive with everything the past few updates, a nice example are also the Patrol Boats bouncing around like they're in the middle of the heaviest storm while sitting in 5 inches of calm water in that Vietnam map.

Hey Spook, you should try the italian medium Celere Sahariano, its really fast and people have no idea what you are, so they often shoot the higher top plate which is pretty well armoured
So its basically just a type 63-I but the engine is significantly worse. And jr doesnt seem to have heat-fs unless you just never carried any. Speaking of, the 63-I is very fun to play. Exact same as what youre playing just the actual mobility is significantly improved. Though the type 62 is really fun just nobody ever plays it mostly because i think its the only 6.7 in the chinese tree. But its a very fun light tank.
The gun is the same even in the 6.7 (just without heat, that I honestly never use because aphe is broken) so it will do somewhat fine, or as fine as the 6.3 Type 63-I

Hey spook, so recently, since the update, the SABOT shot seems to not work very well, primarily bmps, but my shots will sometimes bounce of the front. Even with a carefully place shot, i still bounce. Ill also see the round shoot straight through the tank, while doing no damage

Nah it’s much better than PT-76 It might not have a stabiliser but it does have a 85mm gun with 164 mm penetration APCBC, a great addition to your 4.7 lineup with M4A4s and T-34s. It’s also faster as well, approx 10km/h faster than PT-76. Overall much better that you might think it is.
