Small correction: the extra block count comes at elite 1, so both e1 and e2 can heal twice per hit. It’s an understandable misconception since centurions get their extra block at e2.
While I personally like and use Highmore more I do love using La Pluma. I just like Highmore's designed and her skill 2 is fun, the extra heals on elemental damage is also nice despite niche. The way I see it is La Pluma is pure Damage, Highmore is more about survival, and Humus is Tanky. All the reaper guards are great and fun to use.
She is the best reaper gaurd. Highmore is just made for is and humus need support to be good( assuming we dont have stainless and his turret to keep his shield up). But what about executor as the 6* reaper ?
La pluma is stupid strong in IS content. She benefits well with every buffs item especially that items in IS that increase attack briefly after skills activation.

Her ASPD increasing talent is ridiculously good, pair that with her good cycling S2, she can provide good physical burst almost anytime, while Exec Alt can get awkward charging his attack recovery skill. tl;dr Exec Alt is great, but La Pluma is simple and crazy good.

One more thing to add at 3:15. Yes S1 can take on B rank DEF enemies, it's not very efficient and without an external healing, La Pluma would just die

I'm captivated by reaper archetype. Bought La Pluma with gold certs as soon as i could, going to build her sometime soon, and enjoy the reaping.

1.Is it a good/bad idea to use Stainless S2 for Pluma s2? Tho Stain s3 is also good so that Pluma can heal and s1 for pluma buff.
I would generally go with s3, we'd have to determine a bunch of criteria but just in general keeping things simple is best.
