I think also the lack of energy just happens when you cut out sugar. It’s like a detox from hard drugs, human bodies get addicted and they don’t like having to deal with being cut off. But after a few weeks it gets better and is so worth it 🥳
Before I went to military officer intake I quit eating added sugar for around 4 months in prep for months that we wouldn't have access to it & after, you eat a regular piece of candy and it's almost too much. The way your tastebuds change is crazy!
