For those having trouble with feeling weight transfer I suggest giving the v8 supercar a go next time the iracing test servers are up. It’s been a complete game changer for me as you feel the effect very obviously and the car has no ABS or TC so you have to modulate your breaking and throttle.
totally resonates with what ive been doing on the mugello pcups this week. throwing it deeper and deeper in the 3 hairpins, and trying to rotate more with your tricks from the new track guide
I discovered your channel recently. It made me realize I didn’t understand weight transfer. I practiced a lot and saved more than 1s on my PB lap time. Thanks!
this video came out at a good time. Monday I have a session with you & this is one of my many problems, I get smoked by my faster friends in corners. see you monday
if you don’t need to countersteer a bit in a corner, you aren’t going fast enough i usually stay safer and avoid this, since i usually spin out when i push things that hard i suppose with enough practice…
I'm really starting to get tired of how you guys talk about getting close to the limit without actually explaining how we should perceive the limit and how we know when we're at the limit. I honestly couldn't tell you if I've ever been at any limit.
The more you say never, the more you’ll believe that. You may be saying “But I know I’m not..”, but even so, you are telling yourself from those attempts that you’re not good enough. It takes time to improve upon yourself and if you want to improve, you must have confidence and dedication to what you want to do.
Don't smash the brakes unless you plan on braking late, if you brake slightly early you can brake at like 80-90% instead of 100% and then trail-brake with a more stable speed. When you learn this you will eventually be able to do late - trail-braking.
That’s normal, every time I think I reached my limit, somehow I get an extra tenth or so, there is always something you can do, but I agree, sim racing is a rabbit hole, there will be always someone faster than you, but I don’t care, I love racing online, some races Im fighting for the win, some race Im fighting for a P10, still amazing

Which braking technique applies to lmp3 and lmp2? the rectangle shape?
Yep, rectangular shape works better for those cars. You might need to release just a bit quicker than GT, but still, its close to rectangular.
@@GitGudRacing Thank you, I really enjoy your content, very well produced and very useful! keep up the excellent work!
@marcelojoseramon thanks man! Appreciate it!
I tried your procedure and it work for a while but my fantate. Wheel still won’t be recognized
Hi have you stopped making lmp3 track guides ?
I improved when I switched to acc.
Iracing just sucks imo

I'm never going to get this. Kinda wish I never got into sim racing
same.
