Recipe🇰🇷🇯🇵: Yang Nyeom Chicken (🇰🇷) 1. Cut 320g of chicken thigh into pieces 2. Marinade: 1L Water, 2T salt, 1T Sugar, 1T Vinegar, pepper, spring onions 3. Massage chicken with the marinade, keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours 4. Heat a pan, add 0.5t cooking oil, 05.t sesame oil, sliced chili and then pour the sauce below. boil down Sauce: 2T Gochujang 2T ketchup 3T soy-sauce 1T minced garlic 4T honey 1T sugar 4T water pepper 5. combine 6T flour, 3T potato starch, 1t gochugaru, 2t garlic powder andpepper. take 5t from it and mix with 4T water(=batter) 6. take out your chicken from the fridge and massage it with batter 7. roll it over the leftover frying powder 8. deep fry it with oil (160c), take out when 70% cooked 9. rest it and double fry with 180c oil 10. pour the sauce on the fried chicken 11. finish with sesame seeds and chopped almonds Karaage (🇯🇵) 1. Late on this video, but random question... Do Koreans mainly use thigh meat over chicken breast? All the chicken I tried there was delicious, but it caught me by surprise
@@angelicagarcia156 I say its the best marriage when one likes the thigh and the other one likes the breast🤣 chicken breast is always left over when i eat a box of fried chicken with friends/family. i will explain in the next video👍
Karage looks very good but I think gochujang sauce makes Korean friend chicken better !
