The basic method to make filled chocolate is same but different quality chocolates can be used such as tempering for couverture chocolate. It is better to work in a air conditioned room.       I believe you are referring to butter cream cakes made with margarine

      Most welcome.finished cake would be around 550 to 600 gm depending on the variety

      I don't recommend room temperature as it is summer now.filling will spoil quickly
