I like the before sound. Because after you did all that stuff your fan began playing a song.

I have a feeling this didn't do anything to the noise so the OP decided to let the music play all the way to the end to mask his failure

Did the same thing step by step on a similar tiny one like that, 40mm.
It got clean, reduced +- 20% of the noise. Well, I guess a noisy fan is a noisy fan.
Maybe changing the RPM on BIOS leave to some changes, but I will leave it be as it is.

The video is a bit rushed, half speed would do it good.

The video is a bit lethargic, twice speed would do it good.

You do not always have to strip it apart, I have had a lot of success simply opening the rear and putting a few drops of light oil in the cup, and gently blowing it into the bushing with a rubber dropper bottle rear to apply pressure. Works well for those miniature ball bearing fans to get new lubrication past the dust shields and into the bearing itself. You just have to apply a few cycles to get oil past the first one and into the inner one as well, so it too will be quiet.

Nothing wrong with cleaning it adequately like he done. You have all the dust and grit in it from it running dry. Just as well clean it good and lube very meticulously and it’ll last forever.

How many time can the fan stay quiet like this?

Fairly good procedure, although a verbal explanation to accompany what you were doing would have been more instructive. That obnoxious, adolescent noise, however, precludes a more helpful presentation.

Clearly says in the video it's not used as lubricant.

I wonder if this will work with the loud fan in the CZE-T251.
