Dude does this boost magics like the other transformations from the flames I thought possibly death magic? Don't really see a point in it for def boost if your naked but I guess like you said you could role play a omen using the blood spells with the 8 arcane boost would have been better with 10.
@@Imzorroz one of the new paintings gives you a rock heart to turn you into a different dragon ,painting is in shadowkeep and the ghost is near bayle, there different as one boosts dragon cult and the other dragon communion
I'm not sure but this should be how the boss mechanic works; he will summon clones which any of them you didn't kill before time run out (attacking real one also shorten remaining duration) they'll start crying then disappears and shown as small "ghost head" looking at you around your character's head. If you have more than 6 heads next time it starts crying again you'll get insta-kill.
I just got tired of his instakill bs and ganked him with the Wolf spirit ashes and Rosus' axe skeleton ash of war before he ever got the chance to multiply.
There is a hidden wall where you can use the lower goal key again just past the wall torch when you get the Call of Tibia. The little divot in the wall has a hidden wall with a locked door behind it and an interesting item is just beyond, the Lamenting Visage torch.
@@Francoroccosorry to say but transformations like this came from dark souls and main mechanic behind it is your trading armor for damage and elden ring was actually the first soulslike to not have transformations but having the dragon stones attacks being dragon communion incantations but in the dlc they gave us all 3 of dark souls' transformations (rock heart is ds1, priestess heart is ds2, and lamenters mask is ds3) + they actually do give you pretty decent defence's much better than normal naked and each transformation has different defence's with rock heart being the best and priestess heart being the worst

If you're struggling with the clones, I used Hoarah Loux's Earthshaker when they all got too close and that helped. Also, I'm not sure how it happened but the Lamenter make my character do a sort of crying/screaming animation, and then I just flat out died, so watch out for that.
If you don't kill all the clones before they despawn, the amount remaining adds a hex to your character. If it builds up too much you die. Moral of the story, kill the clones, use aoe attacks to help do it quickly.

That's very interesting. What I like about it is that is just a transformation which let's you keep your current armour equipped and also gives the perks which are awesome. Doesn't even cost FP, add or minus weight or anything. This is on the lookout list.
@@davidtsmith33 well it gives a default plus 5% defense to everything but holy which has a plus 20% defense and an added 8 arcane but yeah it’s pretty bad, only good for builds that utilize the blue dancer talisman or for omen cosplay builds. It also has a whopping zero poise that can never be increased even with talismans since the bull goat talisman is a percentage increase
Keep in mind that you need to be naked to use this. The form only gives a baseline of 5 defense across the board, not including the scadutree levels or defense trinkets.
the reason nobody talking about it, is because the omen form attack does barely any damage, in return for sacrificing your armor and poise. You get an ugly form with a low damage attack and minimal arcane buff. That's it.
Its fun but didn't find it that good, went from medium armor and the damage negation was noticeable without armor. Maybe as a light armor user its better

There’s an illusionary wall next to one of the key locations in the hallway needs to a weapon called lamenting touch I found that yesterday while exploring just a heads up.

Okay it removed my previous comment because of THAT meme but your Tarnished basically needs to end themselves one way or another. Transformations reset after respawning at any site of grace or Marika's stake! And you can just apply any of them once again - their respective items have infinite uses.

For those interested, at a pile with 3 small pot guys theres a hefty pot for crafting those big pots to deal with furnace golems

I used the crying emote you get there. It wiped out all the clones.
Curious wouldn't mogh shackle work the same as with the springs since you just have to hit the clones

biggest downside of all these transformations is you can't wear any armor, and the dlc has so many good looking armors

Probably a dumb question, but how do you change into the new forms? All 3 never let me 'Use' it.
