I think these hit hard but are SLOW. Kind of useless weapon if you need to depend on a few speed enhancements first. Tried many other weapons but I've since gone back to the original speedy dual pistols and I'm making much better progress.
On Android it was given if you pre-registered. On iOS (and possibly Android too), these gold pistols are available for a limited time and are given through the in-game messages.

I don’t think this one is good. Same damage but it can’t be upgraded with normal dual pistol. Useless in my opinion..
