I have also been facing the same problem on the same bicycle shown in the video. But I know the reason of it.
In your case there can be 3 possibilites:-
1. Either your bolt or your bottom bracket(spindle) has missed its grooves. Try to replace them.
2. Either your spindle or pedal arm have ruptured due to wear and tear. Try to replace them. (This is the problem I am facing. Ruptured spindle).
3. Your bolt is not proper. Try using another bolt.
