bahot tym tak khadi rhi baahar unke yhaa but maine ab thoda thik kra liya 1500rs lagake brake, gear, seat , lock
but 'Front Gear' bilkul v smooth' nhi h coz 'CHAIN utar' jaati h front gear shifting k tym kavi kavi n rear thoda h smooth,
i want to maintain my MTB like its part of my family now
Disssemble karke PAINT karni h or old RUST wale Parts change CLEAN then lube n sab
but how i do it dont know coz assemble or set kese karunga phirse.?

This is so helpful Roy. Thank you so much. I have been getting these tak tak noise since few weeks. I think it’s because I washed the bottom bracket. I have a Trek cycle and little bit worries to open up the crank. These dealers will keep the bike for sometime if I give them for repair.

Mene apna Bottom Bracket 1-2 month pahle change kiya hai! Aur mujhe use install karne ke liye Ye Bottom Bracket tool ki jaroorat nahi padi! Mene Flathead screwdriver aur Hammer ke help se use instal kar liya!!😁😁

Hi Roy, at 2:10 you mentioned to remove the bolt using the multitoolset referred by you but that multitoolset does not have the same socket(8,9 or 10mm) as used by you. Kindly guide as which socket size is that ?

Hi Vishu great video as always.Yesterday while riding my right pedal loosened and came off.The threading on the right crank were not to be seen at all.Though the company is replacing the crank set.But I did not find any video on crank repair from India.Thats when I found the video on 'Bike Teacher'. But then did not find that particular repair tool online or offline.If you have any idea do share.Thank You.
Generally if threads are completely damaged, you may not be able to fix it unless changing the whole bottom bracket which cost somewhere between 20-350 rupees. Crankset on the other hand may cost you around 700-1000 Rupees.
I shall try to cover this topic as well.

It's not sealed on one side at all. If u choose opposite side of cycle to open first then ye b other side se open hota.
Tip. Don't open one side completely. Open both a little and u get both sides open
